“Recently opened, store is clean, well-organized, had almost everything that the Brand used to offer, Associates are Customer Service WELL ORIENTED, store was shining, merchandise so well organized on the shelves, NO MESS, NOTHING ON THE FLOOR, first time I see a Dollar Store like this one!!! She went out of her way to show me where the “dollar aisle” was—something I didn’t even know existed—and because of her help, I ended up saving over $250!
Kayla is extremely knowledgeable about the store and clearly knows her stuff. What really stood out was how she was able to assist multiple customers at once while still being polite, attentive, and efficient. Everyone around me was complimenting her, and it was easy to see why.

“The store is always clean and well organized. Even with constantly rotating inventory (furniture) employees take the time to make sure all rows are lined up and there are no empty spaces. We never really know exactly what we are looking for when we come in but the Newport News ReStore makes our search easier. The employees we’ve encountered in our previous purchases have all been helpful and kind. There was a gentleman this past Saturday that helped me when I asked about computer desk chairs. I’m sure we will continue to be repeat customers.”
