“We needed a tiny screw for a tiny hinge. We couldn't find it but they tried to help and wanted to see the hinge. We brought the box in that the hinge was on. We were able to get new hinges that fit perfectly and they even put them on FOR us!! This really helped because we realized that we probably would have had a difficult time and may hurt our box. THANK YOU for all your help!!!”
“This morning, Tyneesha at the service desk called to let me know that one of the items I ordered that was in stock, is not in a box, and likely because it was a little damaged. I wouldn’t want it and she wasn’t going to have it delivered to me. She coordinated an in stock item with another store and is having it delivered tomorrow. She went above and beyond, and easily could have just delivered the damaged product without going the extra mile.
I would not expect this level of service from Home Depot, and I’m so grateful to Tyneesha for not doing the easy thing and having the damaged item delivered”
“I bought two cans of paint for painting my patio and I chose a brick red color from the catalog. Mr Charles Tomaski was in charge of color grading. The color grading was finished according to the computer program settings, but there is still a big difference to the color card which I chose. I asked Mr Tomaski to make corrections, but there were still subtle differences in each adjustment. After 7-8 times, it finally reached a level closer to the color card. I know that because of my profession, I am very strict and picky about the color. Mr Tomaski has done it over and over again, very patiently for me, Thank you. Mr Tomaski. Now I am very happy with the color of my patio.”

“I love Lowe’s plant section and usually find something to bring home. Rarely has one not survived. Most are strong, excellent quality, and I’ve yet to find one with any sort of insect infestation. That is probably the reason most of my indoor plants come from there.”

“I only spent about 2 minutes here as I was looking for a propane tank refill for my RV but unlike many other Tractor Supply Co. stores, this is one of the few that does propane tank refills. The staff member I talked to was very friendly and professional on letting me know about this though!”
