I’ve been dealing with a number of issues with Cox over the last 3 months. I had issues go unresolved or arise from using their chat, phone (overseas call centers of course), automated texts, emails, and a very very rude local contractor. I was charged wrongly for 3 months of service, and told that I needed to hand in equipment Id purchased on amazon and at Best Buy.
Stepping into the store resolved my issues and showed me that I should’ve just set aside the time to go to the store when this all started.
I was ready to go to the BBB with how infuriating the call centers and local contractor texting me had become.
I’m writing this because I really feel the staff at this location deserve some credit for reversing my completely negative interactions with Cox over the last 3 months.”
“Rick was really great. He made the process of upgrading my phone easy, and he was really straightforward. He never pressured me, and laid everything out clearly from the beginning. It was actually the best experience I’ve ever had upgrading a phone. I had a lot of questions, and he took his time to explain everything. When my phone transfer time surpassed their closing time a bit, Rick was really chill and never made it feel like an issue. I will 100% go back to see him specifically in the future.”
