“Got caught up in the rain and had a cracked back screen that started leaking water in. I thought my phone was done for I took it here and he walked me through what was wrong (camera lens had water, my Bluetooth and WiFi component was fried, and my Face ID might not work). This man is an angel how he resurrected my phone from the dead he fixed everything! Very helpful and knowledgeable if ya go for a run in the rain like a dummy (aka me) and mess up ya phone please go here.”

“Rick was really great. He made the process of upgrading my phone easy, and he was really straightforward. He never pressured me, and laid everything out clearly from the beginning. It was actually the best experience I’ve ever had upgrading a phone. I had a lot of questions, and he took his time to explain everything. When my phone transfer time surpassed their closing time a bit, Rick was really chill and never made it feel like an issue. I will 100% go back to see him specifically in the future.”
