“I stopped in here on a road trip. I didn’t get gas. I filled up at a different station but both of their bathrooms were out of order. That causes me to stop here. Yes, the bathrooms were clean as stated on their wall. Although I didn’t purchase gas, I spent my money on snacks and drinks.”

“I stop in here nearly every day on my way to work for coffee and occasionally get a snack and maybe some gas in the car at the same time. They are typically always really busy, but still greet each customer with a smile and offer nice service. Absolutely love their coffee and typically can’t go a day without it.”

“This morning I stopped by store, when I reached register I was greeted with sincerity by the young man Nehemiah (not sure on spelling) he not only was very professional, but noticed my face and naturally while ringing up said positive words , reminded me even though its a rainy day its a beautiful one. You never know what another person is going through and just by his customer service , which I don't see often and as a manager who deals with customer service he really stood out and did a spectacular job! Also as busy as the store stays, its well lit, clean and organized, and I've never had issues. The food is good also!”

“It's 7-11 and one of the few in the area that has gas, if that's your thing. It's also one of the locations that's always sufficient on lottery drawing nights to get some tickets because they keep the line moving and always top off your purchase with "good luck" lol. The clerk was nice enough to inform me that they now have one of the handy dandy self serve Va Lottery machines in the back of the store by the ATM ( how convenient) plus I knew that she knows I never make it back that far whenever I do drop in here. Staff is always friendly and helpful as indicated above.”

“I stopped in on thursday on my way home from pennsylvania, going to north carolina. Next thing, my tire pressure was down. I was in a panic and pulled in to this station. Turns out, I ran over a big piece of metal. The two gentlemen, we're so nice and efficient.I don't even know what to say!!!!! I had my three teenage girls with me, and we had three hours left to go home. They showed me what was wrong with the tire. He talked to my husband on the phone, and they had me in and out and fifteen minutes and back on the road. Although it was 57 dollars for a patch it was still worth it to me. And it got me home and still holding, losing no tire pressure. These guys could not have been any more nicer. And I had to force them to take a four dollar tip, because it's all the cash I had on me.”
