U-Haul Moving & Storage of Potomac Mills offers a variety of services for local and long-distance moves, including truck rentals, trailers, and self-storage options. Customers have praised the staff, particularly a worker named Daniel, for his excellent customer service, kindness, and willingness to help with any issues. Ana also received positive feedback for her attentive service and ability to provide exactly what customers needed. However, some customers mentioned that the process can be lengthy and suggested that more information on driving the mini truck would be beneficial. Overall, the business is known for its helpful staff and comprehensive moving solutions.
I don't think you need to do anything other than stay consistent with your current service. The truck was ready and the checkout time was minimal, which is important to your clients. Stay fresh and all will be well. Thank you!!!! Dennis Furr
