576 East Reservoir Road, WoodstockI love this vet and they would get 5 stars but over the years I’ve always had issues with one thing: the checking out process. They need to check you out in the exam room so you can then just leave. Every time I exit the exam room I have to wait 10 minutes in the lobby with all the other animals and customer who are also either waiting to check out or waiting for a room—which is fine—but then I go to pay and I’m trying to keep my dog calm, pull out my cash or card, sign, get medication, and discuss post treatment. This is usually all one handed since I have my dog attached to me. It would be so much more fluid to complete everything in the exam room then walk straight out.

I have not experienced the level of kindness and general customer service that all the staff consistently demonstrates in a very long time! This level of service has been demonstrated during years of appointments, phone calls and consultations regarding the care and treatment of my elderly cat and the ultimate very tough decision that follows. It's not just your pet that gets the first-rate care; the compassion and patience also extend to the pet's parent/s and all the emotions that goes along with caring for an elderly pet. I highly recommend establishing your pets at Shenandoah Animal Hospital for a lifetime of exceptional care.

1175 Hisey Ave, WoodstockDecided on a whim to stop here with my daughter while we were doing our fall drive. Upon pulling up to restaurant, we thought we had made a mistake as it looked like a garden center, but we went in. So glad we did, the place was adorable inside with little tables nestled among plants and fountains and decorative house items. We both ordered the special and got a delicious grilled cheese on focaccia bread and homemade tomato basil soup. Delicious, and so relaxing sitting there in that wonderful atmosphere.

Woodstock Brewhouse
123 E Court St, WoodstockFood was delicious and atmosphere was inviting. I had both wine and beer as well as their cod tacos, Tatar tots, crispy chicken nachos, and husband had steak and cheese and fried shrimp. All was divine. They have lovely outdoor seating which we didn’t notice till end but may sit there when we come again if live music is too noisy for our child.

526 W Reservoir Rd, WoodstockI came through the drive through this morning and was greeted by Alexis. Alexis was extremely personable and friendly, making for such a nice experience. I was some impressed I called in to speak to the manager to commend her.
What a lovely young lady, she definitely is a star employee and an asset to Starbucks!
