Last weekend, we took Apollo in for his final visit. The doctor showed so much respect for us, and more importantly, for our little old man. He knew just what to say to honor the long, vibrant life he lived, and to make us feel a little more comfortable with the decision to help him cross over. There is nothing a vet can say or do to make this experience easy, but I feel grateful for the way it was handled.

They take our high-energy dog, Coco, for weekly adventures, and it's been such a game-changer for us. Sean is absolutely incredible and so caring with our pup - we can tell Coco has a total blast every single time.
The convenience of pick-up and drop-off at our house is fantastic, but what really sets this service apart is Sean's genuine care for the dogs. When we went into labor with our son, Sean picked up our dog without hesitation. During such a major life transition, we felt completely reassured knowing she was in the best possible hands.
The recap emails after each hike are also amazing! We love getting the photos and detailed descriptions of where they went and what our dog experienced. It's so thoughtful and helps us feel connected to her adventure even when we can't be there.
Sean is truly exceptional - you can tell this isn't just a job for him, but a genuine passion. Our high-energy pup always comes home happy and tired, which is exactly what we hoped for.

12567 Lee Highway, WashingtonBlue Rock is a hidden gem! While we haven’t stayed at the inn yet, we came specifically for the five-course tasting menu, and it exceeded expectations. Each dish was beautifully presented, delicious, and perfectly portioned. It was a very intimate/romantic and relaxed meal overlooking the properties pond and vineyard.
Lexy provided warm, attentive service, and sous chef Diego made the experience extra special by coming table-side to introduce the courses and check in throughout the evening. We opted out of the wine pairing and instead enjoyed a fantastic bottle of 2016 Burgundy from their list.

It's perfect for brunch, or for lunch or dinner with friends, and it's well worth the drive out to Little Washington. Before you leave, stop by the bakery for fresh bread or a few treats to take home.
