“Had a broken leaf spring on my travel trailer. Called Josh up and he said absolutely we can fix that. Ben ended up working on it and found another few issues he was concerned about. He replaced the springs, added new rear tires, fixed the trailer brakes, replaced a defective hub, and greased everything. He communicated to me thru the whole process. Took the trailer home back to Seattle and could not be more happy with the results. Bison Tire is the Real McCoy! Thank you Ben and Josh for a job well done.”
“I’ve used American auto repair for everything from getting my side mirror replaced to general upkeep/maintenance, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else if you live in or around Spokane. The mirror fix was perfect, and everyone was so honest and helpful. Jason offered such great advice for what to do with upkeep to keep my warranty good, and it’s so incredibly helpful to have someone you trust in your corner when you are a car owner who doesn’t know much about cars. The dealership had scheduled some maintenance work that wasn’t needed for another 20,000 miles and would have been quite expensive. The recommendations of what to check and what to make sure to do with the dealership/what I could get done here were really great, and I’ve needed to get my tires checked and hadn’t gotten around to it because it felt overwhelming, and being able to ask questions was wonderful. 100/10 would recommend this place to anyone. Quality work. Honesty. And kindness, even for someone who has no idea about her own car.”
