“This hotel is conveniently located, the staff is great, meal on site was very good, rooms are spacious but bathroom is small. Pool and whirlpool were well-maintained and temperatures were good. Trip to airport by free shuttle only took about 10 minutes - available 24x7”
“Valerie was super friendly and attentive. I got in very late and called to see if the shuttle was still running, and Valerie informed me she was going to send someone to pick me up directly outside of baggage claim. I didn’t have to wait more than five minutes before someone was there to give me a ride over to the hotel. She ensured a smooth check-in and was very polite and professional the entire time. The rooms are fairly clean and comfortable offering quite a bit of space. There was a fairly large TV, a couch, a working mini fridge and coffee maker, and all the toiletries you might need for a short stay. All in all, this was a pleasant experience and I would be happy to stay here again if I travel back to this area.”

“I stayed pre cruise and when I returned. I also utilized their pay and park option, which was a great saving. The most outstanding customer service was rendered at my arrival to the airport. These young ladies tried Uber and Lyft to get me to the hotel since their shuttle was disabled. Amazing staff!”

“Not bad , not amazing. Rooms are comfortable and warm. Close to everything you need for your fun time here.
FYI if you are an international student you are not able to walk off base as it crosses a runway , but you are able to drive a car or ride a bike (I would reccomend sorting this out) then you could catch a bus into town from the main gate as taxis are expensive.”
“Found this place after a neighbor recommended them because the last one totally flaked on us. They actually picked up the phone and got everything sorted out without any hassle. The stay was smooth, and they seemed to really care about tying up all the loose ends (which was nice after the previous mess).”

“Rooms are great, kinda like a tiny apartment; 2 actual bedrooms, a small kitchen and fridge. Wish there was an AC in each room in the summer time. Beds would be more comfortable if they had a 4 or 5 inch memory foam mattress topper. Some of the beds are extremely firm, enough that it hurts my ribs to sleep on.”
