“I had 2 flat tires this morning. I called towing and searched for who could sell me tires and who was open at 0730. I wet to site, ordered my tires and set my appointment for 0930. I arrived met Tony and he sold me 4 tires for less than I anticipated. Long story short Alejandro got me in and out in an hour. They are the best and I will be back for other services. “Had a bad day at work, hit a curb and the front lip on my car got loose and started scraping the roads as I drove. I came in a little before closing, I expected to be given an appointment or a payment plan or something. Johnny took a good look at the problem and had one of his guys fix it almost immediately. He didn't even expect a payment, when I protested he told me to just get him a drink. I'm still in disbelief, they truly are good and honest people. I wish nothing but the best for them and I know where I'll be going when I need any work done on my car. Craziest part is they don't even do body work but still helped me out. Above all else, they really made my day. Thank you to Johnny and the team, can't recommend enough!”

“I was rear ended and needed to get the damages repaired. The insurance adjuster for the gentleman who hit me recommended Caliber Collision and so did my insurance company. Michael was able to provide an estimate that the insurance adjuster was also able to have and he took the time to explain next steps and the process that was going to happen. My car was scheduled for the next week and Caliber was in contact with me through texts with progress updates and even able to keep the insurance adjuster and the car rental company informed so I didn't have to worry about I ut anything. They were able to finish repairs faster than expected too. This was my first accident in 35 years of driving and I was so afraid of how long and time consuming it could have been. Caliber Collision staff were very clear and patient with me. They helped me through something that was new and overwhelming by making it easy for me to have my car repaired. If I ever need Collision damage repairs in the future, they would be my first choice. Highly recommend them.”

“My new Lexus IS350 was rear ended in a parking lot that left damage on my left rear panel and bumper. Pablo and his team quickly accommodated time for me to bring my car in and made the entire repair process stress free. Pablo is incredibly passionate about his work and truly takes care of your car like it's his own. He emphasizes attention to detail and checking things literally inch by inch and not letting it leave the shop until it is PRISTINE unlike all the other shops out there that just want you in and out quickly. He worked with my insurance State Farm and fought to get OEM parts for the repair. Insurance loves to try to cheap out and get aftermarket bumpers to save money but Pablo made sure that every single part came directly from the manufacturer. Communication was 10/10 and he keeps you in the loop about everything. My car came out looking more brand new than the day I bought it. I highly recommend this AFFORDABLE shop to anybody that has a car they treat like their baby. They will take care of you.”

“I have been here a few times now to have work done on my car, and I cannot be more pleased with the service and honesty!
My first visit was a couple of years ago to get a second opinion (was told my transmission was going out...yikes), and took my car here to the specialists! Turns out, it wasn't my transmission at all, and ended up being a tire that was making a weird noise because part of it had been flattened due to me probably slamming on my brakes at some point. Saved me a ton of money with the correct diagnosis, and they didn't charge me!
The next time was for a wheel bearing and they were able to diagnose it quickly, return it to me, and then when I asked them to look again (my car was still making suspicious noises), they took it back, no questions asked, and fixed it again. I felt like the most annoying person, but they listened to my concerns and took them seriously every time, and were so kind about it! Price was incredibly reasonable too. Special shout-out to Donna and Don (and everyone else, really) who took such good care of me and my car!”
