“I had 2 flat tires this morning. I called towing and searched for who could sell me tires and who was open at 0730. I wet to site, ordered my tires and set my appointment for 0930. I arrived met Tony and he sold me 4 tires for less than I anticipated. Long story short Alejandro got me in and out in an hour. They are the best and I will be back for other services. Jason helped me when I was buying my F-150 Lightning and he was the BEST! He answered all of my questions quickly and clearly, helped me with my trade in, and made everything just so dang pleasant.
When he handed me over to Gabe in finance, I was talked to in a way that wasn’t high pressure or unpleasant. I was preparing myself for the usual high pressure for add-ons but instead he just took his time to explain everything and respected my decisions about what I wanted and how I wanted to finance my truck.”

“I was rear ended and needed to get the damages repaired. The insurance adjuster for the gentleman who hit me recommended Caliber Collision and so did my insurance company. Michael was able to provide an estimate that the insurance adjuster was also able to have and he took the time to explain next steps and the process that was going to happen. My car was scheduled for the next week and Caliber was in contact with me through texts with progress updates and even able to keep the insurance adjuster and the car rental company informed so I didn't have to worry about I ut anything. They were able to finish repairs faster than expected too. This was my first accident in 35 years of driving and I was so afraid of how long and time consuming it could have been. Caliber Collision staff were very clear and patient with me. They helped me through something that was new and overwhelming by making it easy for me to have my car repaired. If I ever need Collision damage repairs in the future, they would be my first choice. Highly recommend them.”

“They’re really good workers, was able stretch my tire on my rims when I went to 2 different tire shops before coming to them and they were able to do it within minutes when the other places both tried for 30 minutes each and couldn’t do it. “So express auto collision I would give them 10 stars if I was able to . Due to the fact, we called them up explain to them that we were in a auto accident and we needed an estimate of what the repairs were gonna cost just For our peace of mind and so we could pass it on to our Attorney. He got the ball rolling right away worked with us. He gave us a car to borrow until they were able to figure out the estimation of the cost which the car was completely totaled. Then he let us keep the car a little extra until we were able to get into our own vehicle. He also worked with us about storing the vehicle with the vehicle cost for the storage whether inside or out. He tries everything he can to make sure the client doesn’t have to pay the fees.. He let us keep the rental while the adjuster was doing their investigation of the auto Accident and the insurance claims, etc. I highly recommend express auto collision to anybody who has any body damage needs any auto body work done or just looking for auto collision place to take their vehicle to.
