“I've got a "little dog" (Irish wolfhound mix) who is super excitable and while he loves people, his big barking hello can intimidate some. We've never had a problem here! The staff is awesome! Handling my "little" guy with ease and making the whole experience a breeze for us both! It's not always easy to find a vet, let alone one that's as comfortable with larger dogs, and I couldn't be happier with them! We have 3 dogs that all go here that range from 50lbs up to 150lbs lol and they all are treated by the staff here like they are their own dogs. Friendly and great with the animals, knowledgeable and quick, I can't say enough good things about them! From regular shots and check ups, to the "oh no! What's that lump?!" they've taken amazing care of our fur babies.”

“I got my rescue dog, almost 11 years ago And I was referred to A valley animal hospital To get her shots and get spayed. I have been going there ever since, And this morning, I had to take that dog in to be put down. Never have I had a complaint about them. Dr. Ross and Dr. Ivy, we’re both wonderful, Caring, compassionate and never recommend any Unnecessary treatments. My experience these past 11 years has been nothing but five star. I may not Get another dog due to my advanced age, But if I do, I will definitely go this place as long as they are there.”

“We rescued a sweet but very large Mastiff Mix puppy that had been mistreated. She was very fearful of the vet. The staff and especially the vets (Dr Steven’s and another vet on the following week whose name sadly escapes me) were absolutely amazing!
They are helping turn this fearful dogs experience all around! She’s mending her heart and they are a part of that. I can’t stress enough how much this can change a pets life when the vet isn’t a fearful place. She’s healing beautifully from her flea allergy and we hope her leg will as well. I’m so thrilled to have found these vets. I 1000/10 recommend!? Thank you so much!”

“Incredible service with the kindest, most caring staff. The doctor truly listened, addressed every concern, and took all of my worries into consideration.
My dog, Armani, is very anxious, and this procedure was completely new to him — yet the team made him feel safe and comfortable from start to finish. After his dental cleaning and teeth removal, he’s acting like nothing even happened. No pain, no oozing, great appetite, and back to his playful self. I was expecting to have about 5 teeth removed, but they were meticulously checked with x rays and exam and the team removed only 3 as 2 others are actually healthier than I expected.
They also have done a comprehensive bloodwork panel and made sure his health is in a good shape. My dog gets bruised easily, so bloodwork was done very gently and from the back leg as I requested.
I’m honestly in shock at how smooth his recovery has been. Even after being under anesthesia, he is better than ever. I couldn’t have hoped for a better outcome and will definitely be back! Thank you team, I am very very happy we found you!”
“I’ve been a client here for several years, and overall this clinic has provided solid care at very reasonable prices. For a young, generally healthy dog, this was a good and practical option, and I always felt the staff was professional and efficient.
As my dog got older and her needs became more complex, I found myself wanting a bit more hands-on guidance, warmth, and emotional support during a very difficult stage. My dog recently passed away, and while the clinic was kind and updated her records promptly, the experience felt more clinical than personal.
That said, I don’t think this is a reflection of poor care — just a different style. For routine care and budget-friendly services, this clinic serves an important role. For senior pets or situations where extra compassion and follow-up are especially meaningful, some owners may prefer a practice that offers more personal touch.
I appreciate the care they provided over the years and wish the team continued success.”

One of my cats has had bad vet experiences and I was nervous about bringing him in. The staff helped me get him the meds he needed to be calm, and even called him a 'gentleman' when it was over. The price for exams, meds, and vaccines was reasonable.”

“The staff at this Banfield is amazing. My poor dog has been having a lot of issues that have required a lot of vet visits lately, so we’ve sadly become regulars. They always greet us with smiles! Christy (I hope I spelled that right), specifically, at the front desk is my girl. I call so much now that she knows my phone number (embarrassing), yet she still answers every single phone call with grace, and patiently waits while I ask her my 37th question of the week. She then answers every question so calmly every single time, and if she doesn’t know the answer, she always finds it! Doctor wise, my dog has recently seen both Dr Penn and Dr Ofsthus and they have both been lovely and knowledgeable. They are also awesome about getting my dog in last minute/on short notice as well, which is super helpful when you’ve got a sick fur baby! I’d recommend this Banfield to anyone.”

“This place is very reasonably priced and the people here are very kind. Both times I got vaccines for my dog, I called and they literally got me in right away. 15 minutes later. The visit was $79, one parvo shot $40, bordatella $28. I called around like 5 different places locally and they all had around a week or more wait and they were all $80 and up for the visit. This place was the best priced and no wait what so ever.”
