Can switch phone and get you a new phone over the phone or at the location. The store is amazing and will treat you with kindness. Mayra helped me so much, we actually went to a different location and the girl had no idea what she was doing we called this location and Mayra was able to help us over the phone with everything.She's amazing.

I had the opportunity to meet the manager Ana, and she is great! easy to talk to and shes always ready to help. this is a small store and I can tell she cares about her customers . So be patient yall. she will treat you with kindness :)
