“I walked into the AT&T store at the OUTLET MALL IN AUBURN, WA. on August 27th, I was greeted by a young lady called Heaven. Heaven was such a joy, a Customer Service Professional to be sure. Heaven went directly to the product that I was looking for met me at the counter, I paid for it and was gone within 5
minutes of entering the store. She was not trying to push new products on me, probably because I had just upgraded my
phone, purchased a new Samsung watch, I also upgraded my internet from an AT&T hot spot box (i did keep it for when I leave my place and hit the laundry mat etc) in July so she knows where I am at with my AT&T products, she also knows that when the time comes that I will not call on anyone else but her or one of the team at that location. I love my AT&T service.

This branch is very experienced with sorting out messy contracts. I had a nuanced situation that they took the time to help me optimize and also not get left behind during all these tech changes. I called first, but in person was worthwhile too.

To be fair, the area is rough (OUTSIDE of the little HMart parking lot) but you don't feel it inside the establishment. Plus, parking is safe just go during the day. Don't linger in this area of Ballard and you'll be fine.
