Staff has gotten back to me two out of three times so not bad. I’m just trying to get my puppy in for her 2nd round of shots, etc but a little confused here on the times and dates..? Staff were very friendly knowledgeable and my dog had a wonderful time in his own separate run and got to be taken out for walks and exercise in the large yard that they have. for the price that you pay and the amenities that you’re getting this is an incredibly good deal and I’m very happy that I found this place and I will be using them again. I used them for 11 days while me and my husband were out of town and honestly they’ll be the first place I look to when I need another daycare for my dog.

I got the soft shell crab and shrimp banh mi and thought it was really good. My partner ordered a pork and shrimp bun bao and it was the size of her head, but still good. I ordered pickup for lunch and it came out pretty quick so the service was good. Ambiance was also pretty good even though I didn't eat there. I would definitely come back

If you look through the reviews on this place, you'll see some negative comments about service. And maybe Bourbon Jack's went through a period of tough times for the servers. But let me tell you, that is not the experience you will get now.
When finding your seat, ask for Jasmine. She was attentive, helpful, and a blast to talk to. She definitely brought life to the atmosphere, which was a little slow as we showed up for an early dinner.
The food did not disappoint either. The burgers are certainly worth your time, and the fries kick ass. Order some steak bites to start off and get the hot stone experience. Hard to complain about steak you cook for yourself. And all the barbecue is smoked in-house!
Seriously, this place is rock solid, perfect for parties, and again... ask for Jasmine.

Also ordered the tripe taco and again the flavor was on point. It was also cooked fairly crispy which is what you are looking for when you order this for if taco. The orchata was not overly sweet so that again was a plus.

The burgers and fries are so tasty, we haven't had any issues with the service and we have been here more times than I can count. If you've ever been to in-n-out, pick-quick is comparable and MUCH better!! Is it the best burger I've EVER had? No- but I'm not expecting that when I go to a fast food restaurant. Only thing I would say is I wish that there was an option to dine inside!

It is such a heartbreaking time, but the respect they have for you, and honor your pet, having a space to grieve and say goodbye privately we feel very lucky that a business like Precious Pets exists. We moved to Eastern Washington a few years back and recently drove 3 hours to bring my tresured kitty Theodore here. I wouldn't trust anyone else.
