Our boys loved them so much we searched up the company and were excited to find they have a Bone Box Subscription. We’ve ordered ever since, and still do even across the country now in Ohio. The quality is amazing, no splintering, and they smell and look incredible. They also last forever!!!!! Nothing like the garbage sold at the big box pet stores. Cannot recommend highly enough!!!!

Not in the way where they can show you where something is but they can tell you how to properly care for the animal you are shopping for! This store keeps a variety of items and honestly saves me from having to order stuff online. Even though they are a bit of a drive for me I’ll always come here rather than closer more commercial stores. The staff really makes sure to take the time to explain and advise when asking a question, and not in a “buy the more expensive item” way.

1700 NE 44th St, RentonWe had reached out to Eastside Veterinary Associates hoping that they may have an adoptable kitten needing to be rescued at some point, as we were looking for a good pet for our young kids. In no time, I was driving to Renton to come and meet a young tabby cat that had been brought in. Dr. Beckham was there to help us through what was an absolutely seamless process after we’d fallen in love with this kitten, and that afternoon we were leaving with our newest family addition.
The entire staff from the adoptions reception to adoptions to Dr Beckham were truly lovely and unbelievably helpful. We will never go anywhere else.

The weekly commute from Marysville has been well worth it for the level of care we’ve received. The staff is consistently kind and makes a difficult treatment journey feel manageable for both of us. We have now officially passed the one-year mark of managing an aggressive cancer, which is a milestone I credit to this team’s expertise.
Dr. Sarbu stands out for being incredibly responsive and having a genuine passion for animals. Whether it is a quick question or a complex update, the communication is always prompt and clear. If you are looking for a team that prioritizes your pet's comfort and provides treatment with a human touch, this is the place to go.

4501 NE 4th St B, RentonWe cannot say enough good things about this veterinary clinic and their entire team. They took exceptional care of our sweet girl after she tore her ACL and needed TPLO/TTA surgery.
From the very beginning, we felt informed, supported, and genuinely cared for. Nurse Nina went above and beyond and surprised us with the sweetest custom bandage, which honestly meant more to us than she probably realized. The entire team came out to greet our girl, showered her with love, and made sure we left feeling confident about her recovery plan.
For anyone preparing for this surgery: they walked us through the healing process clearly and realistically—strict rest at first, gradual leash walks, pain management, and what signs to watch for during recovery. Knowing what was normal (swelling, slower movement early on, probably won’t eat or potty for the first 24 hours, gradual improvement week by week) helped ease so much anxiety. They were always available to answer questions and never made us feel silly for checking in.
On top of all that, their pricing was significantly more affordable—about half the cost of BluePearl and Bellevue Veterinary and they accept CareCredit.
If your dog needs orthopedic surgery and you’re scared, overwhelmed, or unsure where to go: this is the place. Compassionate, thorough, skilled, and truly invested in both pets and their people. We’re incredibly grateful and couldn’t be happier with our experience!!

She has seen our family through the loss of our kitty, the welcoming of a new puppy, a move across Renton, plenty of travel and lots of what would have been very long days for our fur babies. The only reason we stopped working with her was because we moved out of town and couldn’t bring her with us :)
Elizabeth has been incredibly flexible with our very unpredictable schedule and provided wonderful, reliable daily care for our girls. I always look forward to our mid day update and photos of our happy critters! I have never once worried about our home or the safety of our fur babies. Her care has always been impeccable and will be sorely missed as we try to find someone who can meet the high standard level of care Elizabeth set for us at our new home. 826 S 3rd St, RentonI have commonly purchased Macadons, both macarons and their ice cream macarons, during street fairs and at Bobae. I was pleasantly surprised (and amused) to find their macarons with custom printing at the “REVIVE I-5” booth at the University Street Fair. I was amused enough to write a separate review for them. The quality of the artwork and print colors are fantastic and vibrant with the rainbow colors. Please see photo. If I was interested in custom macarons, I would most definitely order some from Macadons.
The flavor in this case is a simple vanilla, which has its charms, though I typically buy other flavors. The shell doesn’t have the characteristic slight crispy, which is understandable since these are not fresh from the store. The inside is a very creamy filling that squished out on the sides as I bite down. Everyone has their own texture preferences. I personally like it less creamy. I normally buy their ice cream macarons, but these are still very good. The individual boxes make them great for small gifts.

For example, charging a premium for a mac and cheese that uses velveeta was a big turnoff(gross)-especially in the land of mac and cheese. Salads were kind of basic and meh. Proteins were ok. The person who designed the meals may want to refresh the designs or look at sourcing better ingredients. It was all of the details, or lack of, that were the issue. I would go back for a drink, but not food.

Sammamish Animal Sanctuary
16515 SE May Valley Rd, RentonThis Sanctuary is in my neighborhood but I didn't make the chance to go there until yesterday. It was a delightful experience. It's really fun to feed some of the animals (they sell food buckets there for $5/bucket; no outside food is allowed) & I appreciate how well the staff know the personalities of animals so their well-being comes first. This is not a petting zoo, but a Sanctuary for farm animals, and I really appreciate that. I will continue to support this beautiful refuge and I humbly request that you do so too, because they manage their operations by donations.
