He was originally scheduled with one of the other groomers and proved to be too much for her, but Sarah stepped in and took the time to get the job done. His coat looks much better! He also appreciated not being in a kennel.

They always manage to make my dog Apollo look like a brand-new dog and smell fantastic for days! I'm not sure if this is because of his breed, but my dog stinks! I trust these groomers exclusively. (I used to bring his dad in Bandit; he was a really vicious dog, but they managed to trim his hair quite nicely and didn't fuss over my dog biting them.) 31419 Pacific Hwy S, Federal WayI normally get the upgraded grooming package for my dog Milo. He loves going here and the groomers love to see him. I like how you can earn rewards points towards a free groom. One thing to watch out for is they do not always contact the right number for pick up that you give them. Multiple times they have called me while working to tell me he is ready for pick up when they were supposed to call my boyfriend for pick up. Other than that they do a great job and Milo always comes home happy and smelling amazing!

This is hands down the best ones we’ve found yet in Washington. They’ve done two neuters for us as well as a surgery on an injured stray. Staff is warm, friendly and knowledgeable. So grateful to have them nearby.

One of my cats has had bad vet experiences and I was nervous about bringing him in. The staff helped me get him the meds he needed to be calm, and even called him a 'gentleman' when it was over. The price for exams, meds, and vaccines was reasonable.

Community Pet Clinic
2016 S 320th St Suite B, Federal WayI took my dog there because she all the sudden was walking very wobbly she had slipped disc in her spine so we tried crate care. We ended up leaving with pain meds two different types gabapentin and carprofen and the price was extremely reasonable for the examine the meds was only like 150 bucks. Unfortunately she had a bad reaction to the carprofen. I have nothing good to say about that drug, it should definitely come with more information about how bad the side affects are and that it could kill your dog within 3 days after first dose and only 5 doses total. Within 2 days she started puking water so I took her off the carprofen but it was too late we got her to the clinic the next morning and she passed away right as soon as we got her in there and they tried to bring her back they gave her a shot and put her on oxygen right away but she was gone. Then they laid a big thick plastic bag down in the back of my pathfinder helped me load her back in my vehicle and then when I asked how much I owed I was told I didn't owe nothing. I don't think most vets would do this I think I would have at least been charged for the shot of the epinephrine that they gave her. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and seemed to be just about as upset as I was about the loss of my Rottweiler ( LADY. )

319 S 297th St, Federal WayWe have used Janice's service 19 times since April 2021 to take care of our cats when we are traveling. They are reliable and treat our cats well. We have video monitors in our home and we watch their visits sometimes. They talk to the cats and brush them and generally treat our pets as we would treat them ourselves. We usually pay them in advance using Zelle although they have other payment arrangements. They refill the water fountain and the automatic cat feeder and cleaned the litter box before we bought a Litter Robot. They are familiar with this machine and know how to change the catch bag in the tray. One of our cats requires a medication and they take care of that as well. We used to live less than 1/4 mile from their home but in April 2023, we moved to Des Moines, WA. That was still within their coverage area so they continue to help us. Very satisfied.

1901 SW Campus Dr, Federal WayThis spot has become one of our regular go-tos for Vietnamese food, especially for Bún Bò Huế and their combination rice dishes. The flavors are still solid—the broth is rich and comforting, and portions are generous, which keeps us coming back.
That said, as it’s gotten busier, the overall experience has changed a bit. Service is pretty minimal now—staff usually just drop off the menu without much of a greeting, then come back later to take your order. They’re not rude, but don’t expect much interaction or a particularly welcoming vibe.
We’ve also noticed small details slipping a little, like utensils sometimes not feeling thoroughly cleaned. And when tables are wiped down, the cleaner can be sprayed a bit too close to where people are eating, which can be distracting.
Even with those things, the food itself remains consistent and satisfying. If you’re mainly there for a good bowl of noodles and don’t mind a more no-frills dining experience, it’s still worth a visit.

The atmosphere is great aswell, it's very clean and put together. Also the bear in the corner, such a fun guy! ? I don't know his name but next time I come -cuz I will be back- I will ask his name. I almost forgot to talk about the DELICIOUS FOOD ? I got number 11 on the sandwich menu and OH MY GOSH IT WAS SOOO GOOD. AND THE FRIES DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED. they were perfectly crispy and delishhh. They didn't taste like normal fries but that was a good thing. ? My momma let me try her Asian zing flavored winds on the level 4 spice level, IT WAS EMACULATE, I don't know if I spelled that word write but oh my goodness the chicken was soft and tender yet so crispy AND saucy on the outside, how they did that? I DONT KNOW! I felt so tuff before walking in , no wonder!!! It's just sooooooo good. 15/10 if I could give this place 6 stars I WOULDDD.

31248 Hwy 99, Federal WayIt's a rainy cold day in Seattle so I decided to grab some pho Togo for me and my daughter for lunch. Reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I tried to called in my order for Togo but no one answered. So I drove to the restaurant only 1 person was working that the moment. Her service was friendly the restaurant is small, cozy and clean. The pho I got was steak, brisket with meatball and a side of egg rolls. The pho broth is decent compare to other spots in the area. Could use a bit more sodium or pho seasoning to bring that aroma smell but not everyone prefer more sodium. The steak was Cut thin and pretty tender which is good compare to a lot of other pho spot I've tried. The egg rolls is pretty good my filling seems to be a tiny tiny pink so I'm not sure if it was a bit un-fried but the taste is good. Overall this place is good I would order again.
