31419 Pacific Hwy S, Federal WayI normally get the upgraded grooming package for my dog Milo. He loves going here and the groomers love to see him. I like how you can earn rewards points towards a free groom. One thing to watch out for is they do not always contact the right number for pick up that you give them. Multiple times they have called me while working to tell me he is ready for pick up when they were supposed to call my boyfriend for pick up. Other than that they do a great job and Milo always comes home happy and smelling amazing!

Twin Lakes Veterinary Hospital
1060 Southwest 320th Street, Federal WayI had a really great experience at Twin Lakes Vet with Dr. Schaezler. She was wonderful with my dog, Rocky Ray, who is normally terrified of people. She was so gentle and patient with him that he actually liked her, which says a lot!
Dr. Schaezler was also very easy to talk to and took the time to give Rocky Ray a thorough exam. I really appreciated that she didn’t try to sell me on unnecessary tests or treatments. Instead, she explained what she found and gave me several treatment options so I could decide what worked best for us.
The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of care we received. I felt like she genuinely cared about Rocky Ray and wasn’t just trying to run up the bill.

The Cat Doctor
2500 Southwest 336th St C, Federal WayWhat a breath of fresh air. We’ve been to a few vets for both our cats and for our dog. But most recently our male cat has been having a mix of medical and behavioral issues. After a few unproductive clinic visits that probably stressed him out more than anything else, we realized that we needed help from someone who would take their time during the appointment and really give a strong second opinion, given ALL the details!
Enter Dr Craig and the cat doctor staff! Everyone there is so thoughtful, knowledgeable, and they listen. The staff are friendly and helpful. I felt that Dr Craig gave holistic options and a real plan on how to tackle the issues my cat has been dealing with for over a year. I’m so encouraged to know that Dr Craig and team are on board to help us navigate the next steps.
A few specific differences for us:
Urinary test was done on the spot within 10 min, not a take home kit that gets processed hours or even days later, with results taking up to a week.
Immediate ultrasound with amazing vet techs who kept my cat calm/ comfy. We got to see the imaging and learned what doc is looking for. Also immediate relief from getting answers! Finally!
After Talking through a reasonable game plan, we left the appointment with everything we need to make it happen. No extra online ordering, no trips to other stores, no collecting samples ourselves and wondering what the result will be all week.
Long story short… I’ll be recommending The Cat Doctor to friends and family!

1804 South 324th Place, Federal WayI just had my cat Allison spayed here and everyone was very kind, it went really well, they checked up on her afterwards and most of all the cost was very low! I had called around to many vet offices and they were by far the cheapest option although I didn’t feel like I was compromising on quality care! Their office is very clean and staff is very friendly! Allison was really comfortable with everyone and did great. She was going potty outside of the litter box and after her surgery she has completely stopped doing that! I’m ecstatic! I’d happily drive the 20 minutes from Tacoma to bring my animals here! I’m so glad I found them!

A Small Animal Hospital
1115 South 347th Place, Federal WayWe brought our 2 year old Shepherd pup here for an injury she received from a dog bite that was very severe. Doctor Amie Besola was accommodating and provided a professional estimate before moving forward with the most incredible treatment and care that was given I had to share.. please be aware, Lucy's before pics are a bit difficult to view. She was bitten on the soft part of her nose but the skill Dr. Besola and her staff took was amazing and her after photos deserved comment I will also say that my dog's demeanor and attitude is like nothing ever happened. 💕

319 S 297th St, Federal WayWe have used Janice's service 19 times since April 2021 to take care of our cats when we are traveling. They are reliable and treat our cats well. We have video monitors in our home and we watch their visits sometimes. They talk to the cats and brush them and generally treat our pets as we would treat them ourselves. We usually pay them in advance using Zelle although they have other payment arrangements. They refill the water fountain and the automatic cat feeder and cleaned the litter box before we bought a Litter Robot. They are familiar with this machine and know how to change the catch bag in the tray. One of our cats requires a medication and they take care of that as well. We used to live less than 1/4 mile from their home but in April 2023, we moved to Des Moines, WA. That was still within their coverage area so they continue to help us. Very satisfied.

By far one of the best places to board your dog. You can leave your dog there and know your favorite friend, (your dog) is going to have a good stay. I highly recommend this place and have to many.

The veggie bun/vermicelli and veggie pho have yummy tofu that are very little or no batter. You can get steamed tofu in pho too. You know how most other places have the pre-cooked, dry, shriveled tofu pieces? This is not that! Thank goodness there is a pho place who can do tofu! The lotus salad and chicken wings (we got fish sauce marinated) are super yummy too!

Everybody was so friendly and helpful and my drink was AMAZING. Highly recommend the lotus energy drink with pineapple and cantaloupe! Also my friend had a Malibu Barbie and I tried that and it tasted like raspberry jello. Might get that next time!

My favorite part is their breakfast. Unlike a lot of coffee stands that only offer bagels or basic snacks, Jump Start Espresso has delicious breakfast options. Their breakfast burritos are amazing! I look forward to stopping by every chance I get and highly recommend it!

We ordered the soft lengua taco, a Senior burrito with cabeza, and a Senior burrito with lengua—and honestly, everything was really good!
The cabeza burrito was superb. The beans were flavorful, the rice was cooked well, and the meat was perfectly seasoned and tender. You can really taste the care that goes into the food.
The lengua burrito was also delicious, and the soft lengua taco was really good too. The tacos had great flavor and the meat was cooked just right.
Overall, Senior Taco is definitely worth checking out if you’re in Federal Way and craving some good Mexican food. That cabeza burrito alone is enough to make me come back! 🔥🌯

31248 Hwy 99, Federal WayIt's a rainy cold day in Seattle so I decided to grab some pho Togo for me and my daughter for lunch. Reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I tried to called in my order for Togo but no one answered. So I drove to the restaurant only 1 person was working that the moment. Her service was friendly the restaurant is small, cozy and clean. The pho I got was steak, brisket with meatball and a side of egg rolls. The pho broth is decent compare to other spots in the area. Could use a bit more sodium or pho seasoning to bring that aroma smell but not everyone prefer more sodium. The steak was Cut thin and pretty tender which is good compare to a lot of other pho spot I've tried. The egg rolls is pretty good my filling seems to be a tiny tiny pink so I'm not sure if it was a bit un-fried but the taste is good. Overall this place is good I would order again.
