The ordered them and called us the second they arrived. She needed to get the shafts stretched out, they took care of that super fast and my Wife loves how the boots fit after. “This is one of my favorite brands for purchasing baby clothes. The quality of the clothes is always good, the colors are beautiful, and usually they fit very well. I love the cute outfit combinations they setup for display or that they sell all together. Sometimes they offer very good discounts too. In this particular store, everything was clean and organized. The staff was nice. They even had a big “Tic-Tac-Toe” board so you could keep your little ones entertained. Once we found what we were looking for, the service was super fast!”

“They ship very quickly and often for free. Return was free when I didn't expect it to be, and the return window was much longer than I had expected. I don't like that they change the fit of certain styles or get rid of completely when they fit me so well. At present, their One LT sneaker is the only shoe that fits my foot due to a massive bunion, but I've heard it's on the chopping block, and recently I've ordered it, and they changed the fit of it, necessitating my return.”

“The glorious king Nehemiah is the best sales associates at journeys: Here's why, when I walked in his greeting to me was so unique and enthusiastic that it made my day and when I asked him for a size in a shoe he didn't just bring out one pair he brought out 4 pairs for me and I ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes instead of 1 so I don't have to make another trip back to a shoe store later and when we were at the counter he pitched a BOGO deal for journey socks and it was so cool because of how comfortable they were and how much money we saved on the second pair was life changing and the crep spray he pitched as well was so cool the way the water flew off the shoe and how dry it felt right after I just had to get it because now my shoes are protected for a long time and wont have to buy new shoes for another year and when he asked for my email but I didn't have an account here he helped create one for me and I ended up getting 10$ off the whole purchase, so he saved me 10$ and good customer service this is why I think Nehemiah should be a sales lead”

“Stopped by the new Clarks store at the Auburn outlet mall, and it’s a solid addition to the lineup of shops there. The store is easy to find inside the mall, and the shared mall parking lot makes getting in and out pretty straightforward. Inside, the layout is clean and organized with a good mix of men’s, women’s, and kids’ shoes, all at the typical outlet-style discounts. The quality feels exactly what you expect from Clarks. All comfortable, well-made, and versatile for everyday use. Staff was friendly and quick to help, which made the overall visit smooth. Since the mall has restrooms nearby, it makes the stop convenient, especially if you’re browsing multiple stores. It did get a bit busy, but checkout still moved efficiently. The only thing I wish they had more of was a deeper clearance section, but the regular deals still made it worthwhile. Overall, an easy store to recommend if you’re already at the outlets.
