“The Assistant Manager Ian is the nicest person and a one of a kind salesman. Ian is polite, professional, and not pushy at all. My first visit to the store I didn't buy anything and I received the same stellar service as I dud the next time I visited four weeks later and spent over $700. Running is hard so it makes sense to make your shipping for running as easy as it can be. Do yourself a favor and go ask for Ian at the Kent Station Road Runner Sports.”

“The place is very nice and clean. The customers are very sweet. I am so sorry I just forgot their names. When i went there the store almost close.i saw the two young ladies i explain to them about my feet hurts i ask them for advice for the better shoes and they show me i try it on and I bought two of them. I would like to tell people to go get the shoes there as well. For me is perfect place.”

“I came in the other day and needed some new workwear. Bri had helped me tremendously. I wish i can give her a 10 star review. She was very kind and helpful. Not very often do I get customer service like how she provided.”

“I recently ordered polyester polo shirts for my high school criminal justice class, complete with our badge and the school/program lettering. Unfortunately, after the students wore them for just one day, the lettering began to peel off. I assumed it might be due to the small lettering and the polyester material. By the second day, several of the badge designs also started coming undone.

I reached out to the store via email and included photos of the issue. Sean responded quickly and immediately took care of the problem, offering to replace all the shirts with cotton polos and completely redo the designs for us.

This is what true customer service looks like. Because of this level of support, we will continue to purchase our school items through Curtis Blue Line. You’ve earned a customer for life.”

“We were shopping and didn’t realize the store was about to close—rather than letting us know, the staff just cut the music, leaving us in total silence. A quick heads-up would’ve been appreciated and we would’ve happily wrapped up. We bought the cutest sweater ever, and it was extremely awkward.”
