“I had to order the shoes I wanted when I went to a different road runner store b/c the color I wanted was not in the store. I was informed by email that what I ordered was not in stock. I went today (to a this location) and got a comparable shoe and Hanna fixed my new insoles that were cut wrong at the other location. She also saved me about $45 that kept me under my budget. The woman was fantastic and had the best customer service! Now I hope this time I receive the shoes I ordered! Hanna made this experience top notch!”

“I finally made my way over to Gentry's after being referred by a friend several times. I went on a rainy cold day thinking that no one would be there but me. What a surprise! I had a chance to browse some shoes while waiting. The salesperson, Unique was extremely patient and personable. She was even wearing one of the shoes that I purchased! I love my shoes.”

When i went there the store almost close.i saw the two young ladies i explain to them about my feet hurts i ask them for advice for the better shoes and they show me i try it on and I bought two of them. I would like to tell people to go get the shoes there as well. For me is perfect place.”

“I came in the other day and needed some new workwear. Bri had helped me tremendously. I wish i can give her a 10 star review. She was very kind and helpful. Not very often do I get customer service like how she provided.”

“I recently ordered polyester polo shirts for my high school criminal justice class, complete with our badge and the school/program lettering. Unfortunately, after the students wore them for just one day, the lettering began to peel off. I assumed it might be due to the small lettering and the polyester material. By the second day, several of the badge designs also started coming undone.

I reached out to the store via email and included photos of the issue. Sean responded quickly and immediately took care of the problem, offering to replace all the shirts with cotton polos and completely redo the designs for us.

This is what true customer service looks like. Because of this level of support, we will continue to purchase our school items through Curtis Blue Line. You’ve earned a customer for life.”

“Saw some of the reviews for poor customer service and I'm not sure why, every time I've been there the women have been so accommodating and always ready to help. Yes their clothes are expensive but they are always comfortable and at my tender age i'm looking for comfort first. If they don't have an item in stock, they are more than happy to order it for you. The order coming from the main ware house can be pretty slow but that's not their fault. Their clothes are good quality, i have some that I've been wearing for years and if you pick carefully they are classic styles. Love that they give me 10% off for my birthday along with the 5% for using my Jjill card.”

“We were shopping and didn’t realize the store was about to close—rather than letting us know, the staff just cut the music, leaving us in total silence. A quick heads-up would’ve been appreciated and we would’ve happily wrapped up. We bought the cutest sweater ever, and it was extremely awkward.”
