“My sister in law and I took her car in to have 4 tires mounted, disposal of 2 flat tires and have her spare tire remounted. We don't know anything about tires so we were so relieved when Pintos came to our rescue. They were able to decipher what we needed done by our crazy lay-woman description and got it all done in 20 minutes! We thought it was very reasonably priced as well. 10 out of 10!!!”

“None of the other local Discount Tires would service my vehicle because one of the front tires had worn tread on the side, not terrible or bald, but worn a bit more than usual, for sure. They were trying to get a new tire sold and wouldn't honor my warranty or service it, even though they all agreed the tire life was still technically still in the green, all other things considered. Ty and the management here agreed it looked worn, but not to the point of denying service outright, so I will be getting my new tires from here from now on, indefinitely. Didn't feel like I was being taken for a ride and got a honest second opinion. The wear n tear on the one wasn't significant enough to deny a basic balance and rotation or call for a replacement immediately then and there with so much good tread leftover, according to the team here, but we made plans to replace the tires with a new set in 10k miles anyways, to be safe. Definitely worth the drive and distance, and much quicker, too!!”

“First time replacing tires on my truck since we bought it ( 3 years ) and I gotta say it was the most relaxed experience.. I didnt feel bombarded with prices and sales people trying to upsell. I called on a Saturday, they had my tires in monday morning, got me in and out within 30-45 min ( which I was thankful for since I had a baby with me ) lifetime balance/rotations on the tires.. it was an amazing experience. Half tempted to get new tires for the challenger also.”

“I received immediate service as soon as I walked into the office. I needed 2 new front tires. I shopped around and found they had the best prices. While I was there they found a screw in the front passenger tire and fixed it on the spot in 5 minutes. Great, speedy customer service, best prices and a very friendly staff. They did not make me wait unnecessarily like their competitor down the street.”

“I am extremely grateful for the phenomenal customer service at this location! What a kind and knowledgeable staff. Melissa is so kind, and it is very obvious from her interactions with customers that people genuinely respond to her kindness and welcoming demeanor. Justus was equally as kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to assist us and gave us all the options we needed to make an informed decision about our next tire purchase. We had a BIG screw in our tire, and not only were they able to repair it—it was FREE OF CHARGE!!! I initially thought he was joking! 😂 I was fully expecting to pay anywhere from $50–$100. Wow! Our family takes customer service pretty seriously, and as a result of this experience, I will never buy my tires anywhere else—specifically, this location! Exceptional customer service deserves to be recognized, and I just wanted to take the time to say THANK YOU!!! You absolutely earned lifelong customers today! 🤍”

“I have taken my car to this Les Schwabs for years. Always have had amazing service. I have done several safety checks over the years and they had multiple opportunities to say I need something done when all was fine. Last year at my car’s dealership they listed over 2k of work needing done asap. I then took it to Les Schwabs to do a check on everything and nothing was critical. Last week I took it for oil change and safety check. Amazing service again. Greeting me before I even got all the way inside the front door and kept in contact while work being done. There are a couple of things I should get fixed in the near future but again not critical today. Especially since i barely drive my 2005 car.”

“Fantastic experience at the Canyon Road Les Schwab! I am incredibly pleased with the top-notch service I received here. From the moment I pulled into the lot, the team was welcoming, professional, and on top of everything. They gave me a clear, upfront estimate that was very affordable, and there were absolutely no hidden fees or surprise upsells. While they worked on my vehicle, the wait time flew by because their waiting area is so clean and comfy. I absolutely loved being able to sit back and relax with plenty of fresh coffee and a bowl of their delicious, freshly popped popcorn. It is rare to find an automotive shop that pairs great, affordable mechanics with such excellent hospitality. They went above and beyond to make it a great experience, and I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to this location!”
