“I needed several packages packed and mailed recently and all arrived in perfect condition. Two pieces sent to New Jersey were odd shaped, very fragile and had sentimental memories. Both arrived in perfect condition. All packages arrived in perfect condition.

“These folks are great. Just moved in and the new manager is solid and attentive, and the vibe of the building is a little older and funky! I'm not a fan of the price increases but if you ask them about it, they're honest and open about the reasons and it isss pretty common to see at storage faculties so I cant blame them,
I do like their insurance alternative, and they have good security systems. Great location too, right by the shops on the Ave.
I will say though... if a practice like price increases is common but its a bad practice that none of the people who shop there like (see the other reviews), you should probably think about that? Its sad a place like this gets a bad rap for an industry standard, but hey. Capitalism in 2025, amirite?”
“Yes, they accept FedEx drop off and ups drop off! They don’t do QR codes, so you would have to print your own label FYI.
I finally don’t have to drive to fisherman’s terminal for FedEx drop off now because it takes extra 20 mins out of the day where this is so conveniently located in the village :)”
“for over a year now, i have been searching for the best Chai Latte. i have tried every place in west seattle and all of them have great Chai Lattes. some more than others (rating them in a tier list).
but none of them come close to this cafe that i would have never come across unless i was using it for work purposes.
This place BY FAR has the best Chai Latte, no where else beats it!

“My company ships a lot with UPS and this is the closest UPS drop off point from us. People here are super friendly and efficient. They all recognize me at this point and greeted me every single time. The employees seem to be well taken care of so they can provide good service to customers. Highly recommended.”

“I’m in and out of this UPS almost every week with Amazon returns. The team that works here is always really really nice and professional and greets you as you come in, and says bye when you leave. Just a really nice warmly run UPS. It gets busy close to closing as everyone’s getting off work of course, so if you have a lot to ship or return, I’d recommend coming earlier in the day if you can help it. About 75% of the time, I’m in and out with like 5x Amazon returns in under 10 minutes with zero wait for the return kiosk. But I do normally come mid day when it’s quiet”

“After getting our mail broken into twice in a couple of months our HOA decided that we wanted to upgrade our 20-year-old mailboxes to the new stronger mailboxes. Our HOA had found a couple of sites that sold them, one person that would install it if we had a concrete pad and was looking for a 3rd contractor to pour a pad and haul away our old mailbox. I reached out to Christian and they were able to handle all aspects of the job in a timely manner. He even had the mailbox in stock. He was friendly, professional, and the job was completed as promised at the exact quoted amount. Christian is very friendly and I spoke with him for a few minutes during the install and he goes the extra mile to make the process smooth for his customers. He confirmed the day before and the morning off and showed up on time. I would highly recommend you work with him for your locking mailbox.”
“ICS works really well for our lifestyle and business, we find the service to be phenomenal! It's better than just a PO box or UPS box because you can register this as your personal business address which is great if you have an online business. The owners and office administrator have always kind to us and our pets. We can see our mail when it's delivered, get it scanned or sent to us wherever we are in the country for a very reasonable price. We know our packages are safe when we can't pick them up immediately. I've never had a problem dropping in to pickup my mail during business hours. We love coming in to use the cozy office space, get a cup of coffee and use their fast internet. I felt compelled to write a review after seeing some negative ones, those are likely outlying situations because overall ICS has been very reliable service over the 3 years we've been with them.”

“The new manager, Tiffany, is fantastic. In a short time, she has hired a team of friendly staff, and brought service, structure, and organization to this store. The staff strive to memorize the names and box numbers of all box holders and keep mental track of something has come in. Tiffany is always working to improve the store and I highly recommend them.
I have witnessed multiple customers being quite rude and the staff have comported themselves with professionalism and graciousness in the face of ablism, racism, entitlement, and just mean customers.”
