“"Bank" is a four letter word. That's why I use a credit union. Specifically I use Columbia because they're local and if I have a problem, I don't have to speak with someone on the East Coast over the phone who doesn't care. But, I don't have problems, because Columbia is on top of everything I need. They've got great rates, both on credit cards, and loans, and at Christmas-time when money is short, you can "buy" yourself an extra month on a loan payment. Try doing that at a bank. Bottom line, they've been good to me and if you live around the SW WA area, they're worth giving a shot.”

Have helped immediately when suspected fraud on my account. THEY notified ME! Saved me $$$$$$$$$. They make everything easy. Banking, mortgages, car loans, 401k, retirement questions etc. I have no convection to the company. These are my own person encounters/opinions. Hate to see the haters. I love this CU”
