“Let me tell you... wow!! This girl is sharp! Abigail completely turned my experience around.
I’ve been dealing with a frustrating billing issue for almost a year, still being charged for two phones that were supposed to be free under a promotion. I contacted customer service multiple times and visited the store repeatedly, spending hours trying to get answers and a resolution. Each time, I worked with managers—not regular staff—and none of them were able to even give me a clear answer as to why I was being charged, or resolve the issue.
Abigail got straight to the point and focused on the issue immediately. In less than 20 minutes, she figured out the root cause—something no one else had been able to do despite all the time I had already spent trying to resolve it. She clearly explained the reason and took ownership right away, letting me know she would escalate it and handle it from here.
After hours of getting nowhere, Abigail accomplished more in 20 minutes than multiple managers combined. Her knowledge, efficiency, and willingness to take responsibility really stood out.
She absolutely deserves recognition for her work - whether that’s a raise or advancement. Employees like her make a huge difference not just in customer experience, but in helping the company resolve and handle difficult issues with ease. She is the kind of employee employers dream to have!
