“So I worked with Ben and he was terrific. Such a nice guy. Ben helped me with my appointment, when I arrived he helped me choose the tint percentage that would work best for me, he completed the tinting job and brought me out to go over the finished product. Ben is a great guy to with with. Over the phone Ben quoted me an amount. When I went to checkout with someone other than Ben the amount was different than what Ben had told me. Ben immediately took responsibility and told the checkout guy that he misquoted the amount to me over the phone and that it should be the amount that he told me. That is honesty at the core, especially for a business! The area where I waited while my car was beimg tinted was extremely comfortable and there is free Wi-Fi. The overall experience at Accutint was above my expectations. I strongly recommend this company because of their honesty, their workmanship and their customer service. This is a top notch place. I promise you will not be disappointed if you select Accutint for any of your car needs!”

Hasel was really helpful and honest about the body work I needed and as a bonus he even delivered my van to my door after the work was completed. His people are highly skilled and they can repair anything. Other shops simply replace items that cost an arm and a leg. Nielson Auto have highly skilled people who repair the body work by doing the hard work and not overcharging.”

“Was able to have our Mazda towed there and fixed within a day! New alternator, serpentine belt, battery and oil change. There was even a manufacturing defect on the oil filter and they immediately replaced the filter and oil when I brought the car back. Price was reasonable.”
“Brought my C7 corvette in the other day and Brandon did a fantastic job. He had the tools needed for aligning the rear caster, and showed me a picture of the alignment when he was done since that doesn’t show up on the normal alignment printout. It was clear he took pride in his work, and I’ll be going to back him for all my alignment needs in the future. Also, some shops don’t even know rear caster is adjustable on corvettes, including some Chevy dealerships, so it was nice he knew how to do it and nailed the alignment specs I asked for.”

While my initial goal was to determine the dealership's pricing, I ended up purchasing a car because of Daine's exceptional service and kindness. She not only matched the prices offered by other dealerships but also provided a lower price. Her outstanding service didn’t stop there. Two days after I bought the car, the tire had a nail in it, causing a flat, and it was not repairable, so it had to be replaced. Despite the tire not being under warranty, she replaced it for free. “I was referenced here by a coworker and very glad they provided this. They are extremely transparent. I asked how much for an analysis of my car issue might be. They asked what was happening and felt it likely was the fan clutch. I asked for budgetary quote as I wasn't sure if it made sense to repair the 25 year old car with 260k miles. In my case today it does, they called to confirmed the estimate before working on anything after they got to look at the car. Once I arrived to pick up they showed the part that failed and explained the issue in more detail. Most of this was not prompted which was extremely great. I have only been here once but will be back. I have high standards of who touches my cars to the point of I can I drive them to Oregon where I grew up to have the mechanic work on it but I think I found my new local shop. The experience I had only solidified what my coworkers stated.”

Adding more comforts of home, with the knowledge on how to keep my vitron electrical system operational and healthy was exactly what Glenn offered. And, as a bonus, he is a nice person. “Brandon got me out of a jam, and charged me nothing. I had towed my car to his place after the engine was overheating. The radiator was not holding its coolant. I got it in on Friday lunch time, and by the end of the day he diagnosed the leak as a mysterious and ruptured plug on the after maket radiator. He went on to tell me he will call the radiator maker on Monday to confirm whether I had the wrong radiator installed. Come Monday, he confirmed that this was the only after market radiator they make. No charge, no run-around the block for a small repair. From what I saw, they have enough cars to work on, so no worries, they don't need to make work for themselves out of nothing. I was even suprised they took a look at my car and turned it around that fast (they don't work weekends). Thanks Brandon and the team.”

“5 star review from my very happy (but salty) spouse. He so did not want to be on camera to make a video review but it had to happen because what Chris at Same Day Auto did for his Audi made my husbands entire day ?
Story time, my husband always takes me to lunch on Fridays and while we are eating he stops mid wonton soup to tell me about the experience he just had with his car repair. Literally the way he was talking sounded like old school “they just don’t make them like they used to” talk. He was so effusive about the customer service and care. (The service: Chris made the scuffed bumper shine like new in under 15 minutes… “like magic” he said)
I said, “you know you have to write a review right?” - husband says… “You do it” So here we are bickering on camera in a three part post because google limits the length of the video ?”
