The materials offered are premium, the service outstanding. I even inquired about home visits, which they will do, even to Gig Harbor. Wonderful place, will be ordering more suits from there.”

“Walked in to return an online order. Decided to ask for measurements for the wedding I was attending. Mary was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was very welcoming and calming to know that someone knew exactly what to look for. She gave me a couple of blazers to try on and took measurements for my trousers. She also suggested inside shirt which she hit spot on with the measurements. I would recommend the store as it was easy quick to get a suit.

I knew generally what I was looking for but he took it to the next level with his insights and opinions. Even when working all the custom fittings, at the only part he wasn't 100% certain on, he asked the assistant for a second opinion. I felt comfortable during the entire process and trusted every step and decision made when putting together my suit selection. I normally buy off-the-rack from Nordstroms and this was my first time with Indochino and I was beyond satisfied with my experience. I will continue to keep in contact with Anthony and return to Indochino for all my wardrobe needs.”

My 15-year-old son and I had such a great experience at the Buckle in Bellevue Square last night. We were helped by Ruben, and I was so impressed by his professionalism, attentiveness, and kindness.

My son was having a bit of a rough day, so I brought him to the mall to do a little shopping and take his mind off things. When we walked into Buckle, Ruben greeted us right away and took the time to really get to know what my son liked. He asked thoughtful questions, noticed details (like that they were both wearing Ariat jeans), and used that connection to help my son find styles that really fit his taste.

Ruben was also very skilled at helping my son find the right sizes in a way that was completely natural and positive. For example, my son tried on a size that wasn’t quite right, and Ruben gently suggested trying a different size that ended up looking perfect. He complimented my son along the way, which made him feel confident in the choices, and it was clear my son valued his guidance. This made the shopping experience even better than it would have been just with me helping.

Ruben was never pushy—just genuinely helpful, friendly, and observant. He pulled shirts, hoodies, and a vest that my son ended up loving. Ruben even doubled what we might have purchased on our own, but in the best way—everything he suggested was spot-on and things my son truly needed.

It was refreshing to see a salesperson who cared about both the customer’s experience and the details of their job. Ruben is a great example of excellent service done right. Buckle is lucky to have him on their team!”

She will get to know you on a personal level and help you understand what kind of garment would best suit you. She won't rush you into a purchase. Picking out a garment like a suit is an overwhelming process, but Nicole is not afraid to help guide you through every decision. She will tell you what will probably look good on you if you would like that sort of advice, but if you are the decisive type, she will let you run the show. The selection of fabrics is top notch and the tailoring is done in house. She offers an unlimited number of fitting sessions and will work with you until the garment is perfect. I ordered a tuxedo and suit from here, and they are perfect made-to-measure items. I probably will never go back to ordering stock suits because these custom suits look so much better. “I would like to rate this store after years of shopping and comparison with other brands.

First, money/quality ratio. BR has kept its bar of using natural materials, great craftsmanship over the years. I can easily find 100% cotton, wool, cashmere pieces, that are not only comfortable to skin, but also last for years, a big YES! In comparison, nowadays other brands like to use synthetic materials instead, for example Jcrew, Madewell, I can find most $120 tagged sweaters made out of more than 70% polyester, a big NO!

Second, they maintained the cut over the years, any jeans or top or dress on me, make me look 10lb slimmer. Other similar price range brands don’t do this job well.

Third, the stuff at this store. I often met the Hawaiian lady, she is always pleasant to work with , chat to, super friendly and helpful. And other ladies I met less often, they’re very nice too.

So after years, I’ve passed on many brands due to lowing quality, BR now become my go to place for long lasting pieces.”
