“Gucci is my favorite luxury brand. I bought some luggage from Gucci in Tokyo and had a few questions about engraving/embossing. This store was hard to reach direct. When calling this location you’re forwarded to a general operator. I was told I’d be receiving a call back but that didn’t happen. I had to call again to have my question answered. As always this location is aesthetically pleasing. Staff can be a little stuffy but that’s understandable.”

“As I was planning my wedding, I decided I wanted to wear a cream suit for the reception instead of my dress. I tried to find something that would suit me off the rack, but I just couldn't find anything. Even then, I struggled to find a custom tailor who was willing to do women's cuts. I finally found Kurt, and I'm so glad I did. He was easy to schedule with and listened to what I wanted while also providing realistic feedback regarding fabrics and how things would turn out. During measurements, he was direct about what he needed to get while also being respectful and mindful of boundaries. The suit arrived, was tweaked, and was finished with plenty of time before my wedding. Honestly, it became one of the wedding to-do list items that I worried the LEAST about. I got so many compliments on my custom suit at my wedding and felt like an absolute rockstar. I can't thank Kurt enough for helping me achieve my vision. Ladies, look no further! This man can do bridal!”

Read on.I had been needing a new tailor since mine, in downtown Seattle, closed a few years ago. I recently purchased a couple of new suits in London and wanted a few alternations. After some money and mixed success, I decided that I definitely needed to find a real tailor. My brother is also a suit and jacket with jeans guy, so I wanted to find a new tailor for him as well. I did a ton of research and then emailed Trillium. Nicole got right back to me and scheduled a fitting. Trillium’s space is elegant and well-appointed with convenient, validated parking. All I can say is that it was fun, relaxing and she immediately saw all of the small details my previous tailor would find and fix. No wonder all of their Google reviews are 5 stars (FYI, in my experience, a 1 star in a sea of 5 stars usually means the person is not being reasonable). Although it’s a bit of a commute for me to drive from north Seattle to downtown Bellevue, it is well worth it.To quote from the film “A Good Year” on finding a tailor and not allowing them to get too busy for you….“More important than the suit itself, is the man who fits it for you. Once you find a good tailor, you must never give his name away - not even under the threat of bodily harm””

Understandably, less inventory can be kept on hand or on display. However, Jailene was lovely enough to transfer in a colour for me to try on before making my firm decision over a few visits without pressure, something I greatly appreciate.Many associates in the States are often overbearing, leading my family and I to prefer shopping overseas where assistance is present, but provided only if requested. Jailene was perfect in finding a balance and I do recommend seeking her out if you are ever looking to purchase in-store.”
