I have a 6 and 9 year old boys who wears out pairs of shoes like Forrest Gump. I visited the store in Factoria and purchased a pair of Nike from them. When I got home I noticed that although the shoes look the same they were actually different. One was actually a women shoes and boys they were also different sizes. Neither I nor the salesperson noticed it. So I took them back I would add that it was a month later because I am a very busy person in search to find the matching pair for both them. The salesperson could not locate the pairs although they still sold both of the shoes. They couldn't help me and so I ultimately had to take it at a lost because they weren't able to help me. Thank goodness they just open a Nike store next door. That same day I spent over $300 dollars on shoes for my boys there instead of that other store. Terrible customer service will never shop there again.

It's a nice store with huge selection of women's, men's and children's shoes, even though I didn't get anything, but you have lots of options to choose from, store was clean and well-maintained.

I poked in to see if I could find a pair of tennis shoes, but the selection was sparse and my size was out. (To be fair, I wear a common size, but still...)

Absolutely awful. Bait and switch pricing, non existent service. Poor quality and selection. The place also smells like the inside of a bottle of Drakkar Noir it.
