“Tried to find something as simple as shoelaces. One might think thats easy, but it isn‘t. Tried many stores and got the hints to log on amazon. Well, this store was my last resort and of course it also offers the small details that a good shoe store requires …. shoe laces … in different shapes, colors and lengths :) Above all a very friendly sales-man who wasn‘t bothered to take his time to pick something as little as the right shoelaces for me. Customers value these small details and they make the difference to any other store.”
“Walked into the store in the middle of the ‘weekend madness’ at Bellevue Square Mall after seeing some cute shoes in the window display. An hour later walked out with three cute AND comfortable pairs! For a size 10 who NEVER finds appropriate footwear this was a feat in itself.
Huge thank you to the kind and patient sales staff. Freda - You and your colleague were so great to work with. I appreciate you all being helpful without being pushy. I love that the store was well stocked with size options. Biggest shoe haul for me ever!

“Road Runner Sports Bellevue is a great place for anyone looking for quality running or walking gear. They have a huge collection of shoes, insoles, and apparel, and the staff is genuinely fantastic — super patient and always willing to explain things in detail. I really appreciate how they walk you through gait analysis and help you find the right fit instead of rushing you.
Prices can be a bit on the higher side, especially for premium brands, but the service and expertise usually make it worth it. The store can get very busy on weekends and after office hours, so going during quieter times helps.
Parking is generally good, though it can get tight when the store gets crowded. Overall, a solid place with great service and a wide selection.”
“I’m obsessed with the comfort and craftsmanship of Domino’s shoes and boots. This is my favorite shoe shop. The shoes, sandals and boots are gorgeous and unique and the owners are friendly and knowledgeable.”
“Gabriel is truly a master of his craft. Had my tuxedo and a shirt made here for my wedding. I used to by suits off the rack and get them tailored as I have wider shoulders but they still never fit quite right. Never buying off the rack again after getting my first bespoke suit. Made an appointment, got fitted and picked the fabrics for suit and shirt. Some time later came in for a fitting and needed to make some minor adjustments. Couple days later came back and everything fit perfectly to my shape. Came out looking amazing and will always get suits made here moving forward. Even the shirt fit perfectly, no need to bunch and tuck any excess material. For the price, I think it’s a great buy as you can easily spend alot at Nordstrom or Bloomingdale’s for a mass produced suit made with cheap fabric that doesn’t even fit well. Highly recommend getting suits or tuxedos made here as there’s nothing quite like a bespoke suit from an exceptional tailor.”
“Just had the BEST experience at Zumiez in Bellevue! I was greeted right away with a big smile by a tall young man with glasses—such great energy. He and Chloe were both super helpful and made everything so easy and stress-free. Amazing customer service from start to finish. They both seriously deserve a raise!”

“Loft has always been one of my favorite stores, but I’ve noticed that their recent collections don’t quite match the variety and appeal they had a few years ago.
The staff here are friendly and kind, which makes shopping a pleasant experience. However, I do wish they carried more of the diverse options available in their online collection.
That said, I absolutely love their summer pieces—they’re always a highlight! Definitely recommend checking this place out!”

Jill until this first visit in January 2022 because their regular collection as merchandised appears suitable only for taller people but I just realized they have a petite section both in store and online which is now somewhat rare. It was end of winter and they didn't have much in stock but I purchased a rose colored embroidered cotton tunic that is now one of my favorite shirts.”
“I’ve never left a review before but as a former retail worker I needed to shoutout the team working the morning / early afternoon on 3/20. The store was absolutely slammed, dressing rooms full, line for both the cash register and the fitting rooms, and they were very clearly understaffed - but they handled it with such grace! I believe there were two women and a young man working, and between the three of them, they absolutely killed it. I wanted to give a special shout out to the girl working the dressing rooms: she had black hair and glasses with a jean skirt on. I can’t imagine the stress she had to be under managing the rooms, managing the line for the rooms, grabbing sizes, clearing rooms, steaming their new product, and even consoling a crying customer who was emotional about the recent loss of her mother (I overheard while waiting for a fitting room). she absolutely rocked it. I’m sure she was overwhelmed but was running around the store assisting customers and giving her honest opinions, all with a smile on her face. major shout out to the three of you today, your hard work does not go unnoticed!”

“Maddy and Emily were absolutely wonderful from the start! I had come in to wander and had no specific intention to buy anything but I saw their new airy denim and had to try! They were so sweet and accommodating with helping my figure out size and giving me real time feedback (I was with my toddler so he was not available to help in that department haha) I walked out with 2 pairs of my new perfect summer denim! I did not feel judged, or ignored or looked down on. It was a very uplifting and positive experience and I plan on returning soon :) thank you so much!!”
“I had a great first experience here. Staff was super friendly with getting 2 pairs of shoes for my daughters. They have a wide selection to choose from. We had purchased a pair of Nikes and Disney Mulan Adidas shoes. If you are into the type of style for you kids I highly suggest to shop here. They have a good selection for kids And young adult shoes. A good number if different name brands and styles.
While there is limited staff, they have always been friendly and very willing to assist.
I would recommend this location for your general shoe needs.
The shoes they carry are general shoes in the mid to low price range (most under 50 with a few up to $100.
They do not carry some specialty shoes or good hiking shoes.
This allows me to provide good shoes for a huge family without breaking the bank.”

“I went to footlocker looking for shoes for my picky daughter. They didn't have the shoe i was looking for but the worker that helped me checked other stores before I said anything. I greatly appreciated the search he did. Jermaine (that's his name) helped me find another pair for my daughter. He answered all my questions and picked shoes that would not hurt my daughters' feet. Jermaine was very efficient. He understood what she was searching for and we left with an awesome pair of shoes for my daughter. Great experience!”
