“Car broke down on my way to work near the highway and I had it towed here after a coworker suggested the place. The guy at reception stayed patient even though I was clearly annoyed and in a rush. They first suspected alternator issues but after a quick check found a loose battery terminal causing the whole problem. Repair was done within a couple of hours and I was back on the road the same day. They even explained what they tested and showed me the connection so I understood it. Waiting area was simple but clean.”

“Had a blown radiator. Nielson Auto Repair was able to get our car towed right away and finished the repairs quickly. When towing the car, they pointed out that the brakes were in poor condition, but I appreciated that they didn't ask us or pressure us to do this additional work (I ended up having them do the brake job too, but I requested it on my own after they had already completed the radiator job). I also appreciated that they were flexible with the timing of pickup, as I couldn't pick up the car for a few days. Good quality, fast, flexible, fairly priced, and honest.”
