“First off , I arrived there to get my scratched wheels fix , I went inside the office and spoke to Courtney , she's very helpful what do I need and what to expect after few hours ,so then I left (dropped off the car) get really busy quickly ) ,then I came back the car is almost done, they do quick work but very articulate and precise, sanding painting and refinishing the wheel , looks like nothing happen to it , the scratch are all gone , now looks like another brand new wheels from the box , I can't say enough good things about this company ,and I spoke to a gentleman (new owner of the old shop ) he's pretty cool explaining everything to me with the smile ,very professional and meticulous around the job ,I think he's the manager there , I came back there's Porsche 911 Lambo and Ferrari , this company handles most Northwest exotic cars , I'm just lucky enough to see and squeeze my Lexus at the moment , Very please and will be coming back for more tire and wheels service in the near future ,AAA Recommended”

You can tell they know and love Eurovans so they are familiar with all the typical problems and have lots of experience in servicing them.Our last service was in early July 2023. They replaced the engine/transmission mounts (highly recommended) , lifted the sagging front suspension and installed a new set of tires. And, they got it all done before our deadline (thanks Eric!). We've done some long trips since then, including towing a boat half way up Vancouver Island and driving through the 103 degree heat in Bend, OR. The van has run flawlessly. It is much quieter with the new Kuhmo tires and that extra inch and half of lift to the front suspension has made a notable improvement to the view looking out the front windshield.I highly recommend Eastside Autoworks.”

“I was really impressed with the customer service from start to finish. I decided to work with them due to the great reviews and pricing on my quote. They do offer 15% off on most services if you have a Costco membership, excluding oil changes and services performed on wheels/tires. Communication was great and responsive. Due to a small mishap of receiving a wrong part from their distributor, they needed my car longer at their shop, and offered to either give me a mini detail on my car, or a credit for future services. I appreciated their effort to make me a happy customer. Once the work was finished, Pilot took the time to explain the condition of my car in detail as he went down the list, while answering my questions. He even adjusted the pricing to match the quote we originally agreed on, since the price of some parts increased at the time the work was performed. Pilot was very professional and friendly. Definitely ask for him to help you! The shop inside is clean, spacious and has a waiting area. They even have an espresso machine for you to help yourself for some delicious coffee, as well as a vending machine for snacks. Plenty of parking outside. It's really difficult to find an auto shop I can trust that I know will do a great job and not overcharge me, and I'm glad to finally found one at Stage Auto Center.”

“I bring my 2020 Honda Civic to install my Wing spoiler last year, Jon did a great job for installing it, but there's one minor issue I ran into which is the receptionist wasn't very friendly unlike Jon, I forgot her name, but she was a middle-aged lady. I gave a 5 star for Jon; I wish I could give 1 star for the lady who have an attitude issue. I hope I can still work with Jon because I still have a lot of modifications to make on My Car. :D”
