He was upfront and thorough with every diagnostic detail — walked us through exactly what was found, what was replaced, and why, instead of just handing us a vague summary. When we raised concerns about the vehicle's remaining warranty coverage, he took the extra step of submitting an extended coverage request to GM on our behalf without us having to push for it. Communication was clear and honest throughout, even when the news wasn't simple. This kind of transparency is hard to find at a dealership service department, and it made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Highly recommend asking for Patrick if you need service work done here.”

“I had an outstanding experience with Sound Wheel Works. I came in looking to change my caliper color to red, and the team also helped add the Porsche branding on the calipers, which turned out great.
While the car was there, they also completed an alignment. When the work was finished, I received a detailed report showing the alignment measurements both before and after the service, which I really appreciated.

“Had my new tires balanced at another shop. Still had a bad shake at 60+ even after they supposedly checked the balance again
They claimed is was something in the steering rack. Took the car to Tru-Line and they said it was a bad balance job. They performed a road-force balance job and all was good. I've had other work done here as well. Rates are fair and the work is high quality. I will use them for all of my alignment, brake and tire jobs going forward.”

“Had a blown radiator. Nielson Auto Repair was able to get our car towed right away and finished the repairs quickly. When towing the car, they pointed out that the brakes were in poor condition, but I appreciated that they didn't ask us or pressure us to do this additional work (I ended up having them do the brake job too, but I requested it on my own after they had already completed the radiator job). I also appreciated that they were flexible with the timing of pickup, as I couldn't pick up the car for a few days. Good quality, fast, flexible, fairly priced, and honest.”
“Friendly staff, quick service, and have good advice. Besides an oil change, they also replaced my spark plugs, which they recommended to change last time I visited. The spark plugs indeed were burnt out and looked bad, so I was happy they could replace them then and there.”
“I called to ask for a quote. The person had to look up the cost of the parts and asked to call me back. I received a call maybe 30 minutes later with a quote and a statement that if I already had a quote, he would match it or go under it. I had a quote from the dealership which was lower than his original quote by about $300 and he said he would come in under that; saving me $87 - which, I know, isn't a huge amount of money but I appreciated the straightforwardness and his willingness to match a quote. I've taken other vehicles to Greg's (same location) before and they have always done outstanding work. Very happy to give them my business.”

“Easiest repeat purchase from a dealership ever. I have purchased from Matt before, and this time around, I was honestly delaying the inevitable of getting another company car because I just didn't want to lose a sunny summer day to hours inside of a dealership. While I was still working, I asked Matt how much could be done remotely, and we did everything but sign! I got to the dealership, signed in 10 minutes, shook some hands, and drove off like I was in a commercial. Believe me, these guys actually listen to you and will meet you where you're at. Matt is fantastic. Highly recommend. OH, and I spent the evening enjoying the sun. Mission accomplished.”
“Brett saved me! I purchased a used car a few hours away from where I live and as I was heading home it immediately started misfiring. With the CE flashing and in a panic I drove to the closest shop I could find. “Car broke down on my way to work near the highway and I had it towed here after a coworker suggested the place. The guy at reception stayed patient even though I was clearly annoyed and in a rush. They first suspected alternator issues but after a quick check found a loose battery terminal causing the whole problem. Repair was done within a couple of hours and I was back on the road the same day. They even explained what they tested and showed me the connection so I understood it. Waiting area was simple but clean.”
“I was referenced here by a coworker and very glad they provided this. They are extremely transparent. I asked how much for an analysis of my car issue might be. They asked what was happening and felt it likely was the fan clutch. I asked for budgetary quote as I wasn't sure if it made sense to repair the 25 year old car with 260k miles. In my case today it does, they called to confirmed the estimate before working on anything after they got to look at the car. Once I arrived to pick up they showed the part that failed and explained the issue in more detail. Most of this was not prompted which was extremely great. I have only been here once but will be back. I have high standards of who touches my cars to the point of I can I drive them to Oregon where I grew up to have the mechanic work on it but I think I found my new local shop. The experience I had only solidified what my coworkers stated.”

“I had a badly curbed Tesla wheel. Joel communicated with me before dropping off the wheel, and continued to communicate through pickup. Joel was professional and Sameday's work speaks for itself. The whole process could not have been any easier and the wheel repair is flawless. I had trouble seeing the repaired area, even in bright sunlight. I hope to never need a wheel repair again, but if I do, I will be coming back to Sameday Auto Scratch and Wheel Repair.”
