There has been some turnover in staff in the decade I’ve been visiting, but much less than one might expect with younger staff. But the manager of this location consistently hires the same service minded standard and it really is deeply impressive. The employees all seem happy and to enjoy their work and each other. They seem relaxed and at ease, but hold such an amazing standard of relaxed customer service. This is a shining example of retail customer service done right and the management should seriously consider writing a book on their approach.”

“I have been going to this FedEX location as long as it has been there, 20 years(?). Every time I am there to pick up real estate flyers, signs, postcards, they have been AHMAZING! Always on time, perfectly done work orders and super KIND! I've seen customers come in and yell or compalin about something that is entriely NOT their fault.
