Jules is nice. I guess that is his name. Enthusiastic, patient, and steps up in customer service. Explains will call and asks/reminds for parking validation. The lady with short hair (not the swept bangs mullet lady bc she was nice)… was impatient and unknowledgeable. 10/5/2026 late evening.
