The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization in the country that regularly delivers to every residential and business address. USPS is committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery of mail and packages to more than 157 million addresses in the United States, its territories, and its military bases worldwide. Processing and delivering 47 percent of the world's mail, USPS manages over 30,000 retail locations and constantly innovates to make customer experiences better. While the majority of customers are satisfied with the USPS services, some have had negative experiences. The post office at the Crossroads location was described as rude and unhelpful, charging $10 to return a package as refused, while the Bel-Red post office happily provided the same service for free. Additionally, some customers have expressed frustration with the long wait times and the lack of knowledge among other customers. However, the majority of USPS employees have been praised for their excellent customer service, speed, and willingness to go above and beyond to assist customers.
The post office at crossroads was rude and unhelpful. They wanted me to pay $10 to , “ return a package to sender as refused. BUT went to Bel- Red post office they happily wrote refused and wrote return to sender in computer and it was done . FREE not a $10 resending ups package!! Avoid Crossroads post office if possible!

I’ve stood in line here. The amount of customers who act entitled is staggering. They wait in line for tens of minutes and have no clue what service they want. These people are clueless and then have the gall to hold everyone else hostage to their ignorant nonsense

We have just been to this wonderful post office. We were served by a man with glasses. The work was 100% excellent. Thank you.
