The staff, especially Evelyn, were extremely patient and knowledgeable in helping me find an excellent choice. An extra bonus: it feels great supporting a local, high quality business.”

“I am from another state and called the place to ask about rentals. The employees here are very knowledgeable and kind. When it got closer to time to pick up the rentals, I realized weather was not permitting. I called the store to let them know I would not be picking up the rentals due to the weather. We got a full refund back. Even though I did not technically use this store, I highly recommend!”
“If you are thinking about purchasing an efoil make sure you buy it from someone who is going to take care of you when your shockingly expensive water toy stops working. My Lift efoil was so old they didn’t even have a record of the sale anymore but Phil still remembered me and replaced some very specialized electronics from spares he had in the back of the shop for FREE. He has been in the game from the beginning and has a good relationship with Lift. Buying from Phil is like purchasing an extended warranty.”

“The basement is a trap! I’ve never seen so many toys in my life! Unless you’re ready and willing to buy something for your babies, don’t go down there unless they’re extremely well-controlled lol. But in all seriousness, this place is amazing and are comfortable, especially when they have sales. The staff there is out of this world friendly in every way and they are so helpful. And if you get the opportunity, I would suggest that you go to one of their mini functions that they have throughout the year. They’re always giving away free stuff and always have the funniest activities for kids there.”
“Classic board shop! We found a great selection of snowboards at WWS as well as bindings, boots, and all the gear you need for snowboarding. They were even running a sale on top of competitive pre lives. You’ll also find knowledgeable and nice people there to help you out.”

“I was really impressed with the quality of the gear I rented. In the past, I've paid way too much for out-dated, damaged products. AAI provided me with up to date equipment (which was awesome). One of the guys in the shop said they rented good products with the hope that customers would buy them, and I really appreciate that. I would definitely rent from them again :)”
“We have twice now been exceedingly impressed by this store.First in December 2023, we needed new turf boots and every store we checked was either sold out or only carried brand’s that do not fit my daughter’s narrow feet. Soccer City had a multiple options for her to choose from and incredibly helpful and friendly staff.This weekend the sole started to fall off the boot (fault of Nike, not the store). Due to long border lineups, by the time we got through the border, our anticipated arrival at the store was exactly when the store closed. We called the store and explained what we were looking for and that we were cutting it very close as to whether or not we would arrive in time.We ended up arriving a minute after close. The incredible gentleman at the store was waiting with options pulled for us. While I was rushing my child, he was incredibly patient, despite our late arrival and his right to close up and go home.I can’t say enough positive things about this store and their incredible staff. I have already recommended to many people and will continue to do so.”

“Found an awesome pair of Chuck Taylor's that are waterproof! Very comfortable and will be easy to keep clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful and made sure we were signed up with them to get perks. The shoes were reasonably priced, and the store was clean and organized to easily find the size and style I was looking for. They had a good selection of my normal footwear choices and had modern styles. Sorry, no photo, but I will post later.”
