“Had a few mishaps ordering two pairs of insoles, the first set didn’t match what I ordered when received and then I had ordered a size too big based off the first product being too small. Simple mistakes. I spoke with Rachel and she helped with the exchange and refund procedure that cost me zero effort at all. Quick and easy! What surprised me was that even the smaller size was quite comfortable on a 12 mile run despite my toes hanging off, so I am very excited to receive the right sized insole. Great customer service.
