“Extremely helpful finding a dog food for my bichon who is allergies. She is very picking. The lady that waited on me was so helpful finally found one my dog would try.
She gave me 2 bags free to try see if it caused allergic reaction & if she would eat it. If you purchase dog food and your dog can't eat it,
you can take it back they will give the opened container to the Humane society & give you credit for the purchase. AWESOME PLACE TO SHOP FOR THE PETS YOU LOVE...”

Tiki Tails has always been professional in taking wonderful care of our pets with having a positive attitude, gentle care, with very little wait time, whether to get their services and completion of those services, friendly greetings everytime we enter, Michael is one of the owners and he has always been polite, courteous, friendly, they have a seating area to wait for your pets, and various supplies, pet toys, and a variety of different snacks too. You're able to view your pets, as well. Tiki Tails will take excellent care of your pets whether you have a dog or cat. Tiki Tails is a place where I not only feel comfortable with taking care of my 4 legged family members, but I fully trust them and appreciate their sevices.

“I love the variety of cat food they have for being such a small store. I found foods I hadn't seen anywhere else before. I would give 5 stars except as soon as I submitted my online order, I realized my coupon had disappeared. I immediately filled out a contact form and never heard back. The 10lb bag of food was $41, the coupon would have been nice. I will continue to shop here and would still recommend checking them out.”

“My wife and I have been coming to this specific Mudbay for almost 2 years. When we first got our little corgi puppy this was our first spot to get help on what foods would be best for her growth. We met Jamie and she was so kind and helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us pick out the perfect system for our new family member. Soon we came back with more questions about how to help our other pets with their health conditions. And Jamie again was a friendly face with a ton of knowledge. “My dog Mowgli absolutely loves going to daycare! He knows the route and can't wait to get out of the car. All of the staff are so kind to him and know all his little quirks. He comes home happy and content. I like that they have small groups, an outdoor area, and nap time. This made me feel really comfortable sending him. The customer service is great too. All my questions are answered and they are very responsive with booking. 10/10 would highly recommend.”

“Very pleased with this location we've been visiting them for a while, and they've never let us down. They always manage to make my dog Apollo look like a brand-new dog and smell fantastic for days! I'm not sure if this is because of his breed, but my dog stinks! I trust these groomers exclusively. (I used to bring his dad in Bandit; he was a really vicious dog, but they managed to trim his hair quite nicely and didn't fuss over my dog biting them.) She addressed behaviors I was concerned with and always made herself accessible to us. Coco was always happy to see her friend with all the tasty treats.”

“I have a black lab so the need the get him “groomed” isn’t a thing. I bathe him at home and have his vet for the nails and vax but I’m certain that’s about to change.
Kayla C and Victoria C were so sweet! Knowing this was our first visit, the process was explained so I knew what to expect. They are well trained for nippy/feisty babies and take precaution not to stress the pups too much. They took very good care of Sailor and although he wasn’t too pleased for the nail trimming, I know he enjoyed his time at Petco located in Puyallup.
