“Extremely helpful finding a dog food for my bichon who is allergies. She is very picking. The lady that waited on me was so helpful finally found one my dog would try.
She gave me 2 bags free to try see if it caused allergic reaction & if she would eat it. If you purchase dog food and your dog can't eat it,
you can take it back they will give the opened container to the Humane society & give you credit for the purchase. AWESOME PLACE TO SHOP FOR THE PETS YOU LOVE...”
“I want to start off by saying that the staff who work at Milton Pet Pros are wonderful. I have never had a bad experience with anyone who works there, thankfully.
I've lived in the area for almost 9 years and have been a frequent customer at this location. In the first week of April of 2026, one of cashiers asked me if I would be interested in purchasing $70 worth of Bark Bucks (store credit) for $50. Given that I had historically been purchasing toys and treats and other various items for my dogs from the store regularly, I had no reason to believe I would not be able to spend what I had purchased. Unfortunately, when I visited the store a couple of days ago, I was surprised to see the shelves and racks were nearly bare. Anything and everything that I had typically purchased was not available to buy. It seemed like only maybe 10% of the typical variety of merchandise remained in the store.
The clerk who I spoke with was very apologetic. I received a prompt response to my complaints from the district manager and they offered to remedy my concerns by placing a special order for the things that my dogs needed.”

Tiki Tails has always been professional in taking wonderful care of our pets with having a positive attitude, gentle care, with very little wait time, whether to get their services and completion of those services, friendly greetings everytime we enter, Michael is one of the owners and he has always been polite, courteous, friendly, they have a seating area to wait for your pets, and various supplies, pet toys, and a variety of different snacks too. You're able to view your pets, as well. Tiki Tails will take excellent care of your pets whether you have a dog or cat. Tiki Tails is a place where I not only feel comfortable with taking care of my 4 legged family members, but I fully trust them and appreciate their sevices.

“My dog Shorty's & my fav store is definitely Mud Bay in Sumner!!! Doug, Steve & Jamie treat him like royalty every time he shows up!!! I, in turn, love their expertise, helpfulness and caring. They order items not available in the the store, advise me about new products or research, take back food Shorty decides to turn his nose up at after a few days and always do so with a smile on their faces. 🙂 Shorty and I LOVE Mud Bay in Sumner, hip hip hurrah!!! 🤩”

“My dog Mowgli absolutely loves going to daycare! He knows the route and can't wait to get out of the car. All of the staff are so kind to him and know all his little quirks. He comes home happy and content. I like that they have small groups, an outdoor area, and nap time. This made me feel really comfortable sending him. The customer service is great too. All my questions are answered and they are very responsive with booking. 10/10 would highly recommend.”

“Very pleased with this location we've been visiting them for a while, and they've never let us down. They always manage to make my dog Apollo look like a brand-new dog and smell fantastic for days! I'm not sure if this is because of his breed, but my dog stinks! I trust these groomers exclusively. (I used to bring his dad in Bandit; he was a really vicious dog, but they managed to trim his hair quite nicely and didn't fuss over my dog biting them.) “Nicole is an excellent dog trainer. I recommend getting your puppies trained by her. My sessions were weekly with homework to be done (because consistency is key). She addressed behaviors I was concerned with and always made herself accessible to us. Coco was always happy to see her friend with all the tasty treats.”
“We got Max the shorthair first. He'd been adopted and returned multiple times for being too aggressive. He was about to be taken back to the shelter AGAIN, so I took him instead. I was told he couldn't live with other animals. But after I got to know him, I could tell he was lonely and had simply been taken from his mother and siblings too early. He never learned to play correctly, and he was being paired with older cats that can't keep up with him. So I went to the Auburn shelter and asked for a hyper kitten who could keep up with him. Look at him now ❤️ Thank you to the Auburn Valley shelter for finding the perfect playmate for him. Macie was the best possible match.”

“I have a black lab so the need the get him “groomed” isn’t a thing. I bathe him at home and have his vet for the nails and vax but I’m certain that’s about to change.
Kayla C and Victoria C were so sweet! Knowing this was our first visit, the process was explained so I knew what to expect. They are well trained for nippy/feisty babies and take precaution not to stress the pups too much. They took very good care of Sailor and although he wasn’t too pleased for the nail trimming, I know he enjoyed his time at Petco located in Puyallup.
I appreciate you ladies so much and Sailor and I will be back soon!! Love the little bandana too, such a cute touch!”

“I had gone in and bought a hamster, the women who helped us was amazing. So we decided to get another. The experience was really pour and we were rushed. I didn’t feel right about the choice we had made granted the first hamster we were able to ask questions and see the temperament. I called the store, and went back in the next day. Ty helped us and he was absolutely incredible. He stopped everything he was doing and dedicated an entire hour to helping us out. Thank you Ty!”
