“I have always liked Les Schwab.
I used to think they were too expensive, but what I realized is that I actually save money through the process because I dont have to worry about the job being done correctly and the reccomended fixes being the right fix.
Worked with James and Scott today.
James was very helpful. He asked a few quick questions about out SUV and how we used it primarily, gave us three options, then made a reccomendation on what would work best.
They found other issues when changing the tires- those things happened to be in warranty with the dealer, so they reccomended against their own services because the dealer would be doing that along with their repair.
Great experience, and would definitely come back.
This is my second time at this location for two different sets of tires.”

I’d recommend anyone to visit RNR for great tire and wheel prices, but specially if you ever find yourself in a pinch financially. They have pretty good lease/rent rates for tires/wheels if you don’t have the $$ upfront to buy.”

This experience was nothing short of Customer Service at it's best! My car had a damaged tire and I needed it replaced before my road trip over the Labor Day weekend. I went in thinking they would order the tire and next week I would get it installed. No, they got it in by 11:00 am and by Noon me and my car were out of there.
Peter, Parker, Mary, and Kellen (the manager) took very good care of me. They gave me options and advice on how to best handle my situation. I have hope that the spirit of Customer is still alive and well, at least in this Les Schwab location. For that, I am truly Grateful!”
“I recently visited discounts tires on Tuesday, June 24th to get the air in my tires checked. Joe was very thorough in his assessment and informed me that I had three tires that matched and one that didn't, which was ten years old. He recommended that I get new tires and even helped me schedule an appointment for that same day. I was impressed by Joe's attention to detail and his concern for my safety.

“Yesterday was my birthday and I hit a curb on my way out and ended up with a flat tire. It happened right outside of Les Schwab and I pulled straight in. They immediately came to my rescue. Turns out I needed all 4 tires and they didnt have them in stock but they were able to get the tired from a different location pretty quickly and I got me on my way. “I'm traveling from out of town and had a slow leak in my tire. I'd had my tires replaced before I left for my trip and I was worried about the cost of getting this repaired. My brother in law recommended discount tire in Bonney Lake. I arrived in the morning around 8:15. Sarah T greeted me when I got in and I told her that I had a leaky tire. s
She said let's go out and take a look. She scan all the tires, looked for the leak, got the mileage and my vin that kind of stuff. We went back inside, she entered everything into the computer and told me it would be about an hour wait. I was concerned that she was taking all the information just to fix the flat. They exceeded my expectations, the wait time was shorter, they said they found a screw in the tire and repaired it. Sara T gave me the receipt and said it was free and sent me on my way. thanks Sarah T
