“I had the best first experience at Resilient Heart Animal Sanctuary! The operation is incredibly organized, and the staff, volunteers and visitors were welcoming and friendly. The team provided tons of helpful information and various ways to get involved and support the sanctuary. I highly recommend visiting if you love animals and want to contribute to a great cause—or just want to enjoy some puppy time!”
“Superb humans right here. Helpful, patient and this is just some kind stuff right here. Do you actually need to own a thing that you might need 1-5 years apart. I have enough stuff, accumulating stuff is so 1980's.”
“I couldn’t appreciate the help I have received more. I was desperate for help and they came to the rescue. Katie was so kind and understanding. I’m confident my furry friend is in the best hands here. God bless”
“Lots of great stuff to buy and super helpful and knowledgeable staff. I needed to buy some binoculars and the staff spent over 15 minutes with me trying out a couple pairs and patiently explaining the differences. Great cause, great shop, great staff!”
“My kiddos enjoyed picking out their clothes and the ladies there helped out since one of my two kids is autistic, they made him feel like he wasn't any different. Glad this organization is around for families like mine. Im struggling to make ends meet with raising kids by myself on disability. Love you guys!”
“This organization is an unsung hero in the Puget Sound Region, providing invaluable services and support to individuals with disabilities. At the heart of their mission lies a three-pronged approach, deeply rooted in Spiritual connection. The Spiritual Ministry fosters unity among people, embracing the core values of life, work, play, and community engagement. By connecting friends of Bridges to the local church they serve both the individual and those they connect with. The Guardianship Agency program, the second prong of their mission, is dedicated to facilitating the integration of individuals with disabilities into the fabric of society. It's a beacon of hope, ensuring that no one is left behind. However, the largest ministry of Bridges Disability Ministries is their Meyer Medical Equipment Center, which ensures mobility equipment is accessible to all, regardless of income. From wheelchairs to walkers, electric wheelchairs to crutches and scooters, they are the lifeline for those in need. We used this ministry to serve our mom when her Medicaid failed to provide a decent wheel chair in a timeline that was within her lifetime. We are so grateful!Bridges Disability Ministries is making a profound impact. They're not just supplying medical equipment; they're supplying independence, dignity, and a brighter future for all.”
“Gratitude to LLTS for masking Thursdays. This is disability justice at work, small acts of community safety that enacts harm reduction for people with disability to be able to return to thrift knowing Thursdays are safe-enough. such small brilliant strategy, everyone should do this!”
“This nature walk is delightful. There are some shaded portions of their boardwalk that have gotten a bit funky with algae or something that can make it a bit slippery, and I suggest only going on dry days if you have any mobility impairments.Their artificial stream/fish viewing area is unfortunately skippable. Every time I’ve looked it’s been so dirty/murky there was nothing to see. I feel that it could be better maintained.Their hours are also a bit limited and I really wish they were open on Sundays as that is usually the day my family likes to go on nature walks. But I love the walk and I love supporting the foundation through membership and their cute little shop.”
“I am appreciative that Care Net was able to get me in for an appointment at the last minute and let me have an ultrasound for my own mental health. I have an extensive history of pregnancy loss and infertility and they let me see my baby in an ultrasound to calm that anxiety. They held space for me, prayed for me, and made me feel supported, especially since my husband couldn't be with me at the time and this was nerve wracking in itself. Thank you, again, to this amazing team for your excellent care.”

“I attended LWTG with both my children and had a great experience. We're sad to have aged out of the program. We loved having Teacher Kris all the years we were there. The space is full of fun activities for the kids and they change out frequently so the kids have plenty to play with, learn with, and explore. The parent education part has been very helpful for us, especially with out first. We've also made lots of great connections with other families throughout the years there. I would highly recommend!”
“This place has the only newsletter that I carefully scour every week. I love knowing in advance what kinds of amazing produce and yummy deli items will be on offer. They stock a fabulous variety of local and PNW goods, as well as carrying cheese and other perishables from smaller farms that even PCC doesn't carry. Everyone who works there is friendly and knowledgeable. I love taking visitors to WA here so they can see how lucky we are! I haven't been on the farm itself but I plan to one of these days.”
“Hopefully has made my life easier by helping with my utility bills. I am 73 years old and disabled and the services they provided allows me to still feed my grandson.”
“My home in 2012 and 2013 when I had no place to go home. I got shelter, food, clothing, computer access, resume building, sisterhood bonds, bus vouchers, and valuable life lessons that I will never forget.”
“Very friendly and helpful staff. Always accommodating. All the basic nutritional necessities are available here including but not limited to various breads, bagels, loafs, baguettes, hoagies, etc, canned veggies, canned chili, canned fruit, peanutbutter, dry pasta, canned pasta sauce, dry rice, frozen meats, frozen meals, various desserts, cupcakes, pies, cookies, cakes, sometimes on occasion dairy such as milk or yogurt. Carts are available for shopping, as well as boxes to carry food items. They're more than generous with what they allow you to take. They've been a massive help to my family and I when we needed it most. They always treat everyone with respect and love.”
“Nice small mosque with good parking space. They have 2 Friday prayers. 1st one at 1:30 and second one is at 2:05. There is space for sisters as well (only in the second Juma).”
“Love shopping here! It helps so many people while at the same time charging good prices for new and used stuff! I always want more from there than what will fit in my house!?”
“Probably the last piece of old Redmond left over from the 70s in the 80s and total nostalgia for those of us who remember the dinosaurs and for the younger kids who want to experience the dinosaurs FOE is the place to go. Great cooks great prices. Great kitchen, superb Parking and fantastic team spirit watching the Seahawks beat the snot out of the heathen Eagles, wonderful heated outdoor area for those of us who enjoy cigars and the lake and keeping the rain off of our heads. All kinds of entertainment from pull tabs to internal prizes and competitions it’s a great place. You really need to go there and enjoy the atmosphere. They open early and stay open late. Just the kind of thing to beat those holiday blues..”
“I went to bingo here and it reminds me of cheers! You're always greated with smiled and welcoming personalities! If you've had a bad day this is the place to head. It won't make your troubles disappear, but you'll find an ear to listen to you.”
“Great resource for seniors. I get foot care done every six weeks by Echo, this has improved my quality of life. I also enjoy the lunches, they are a nice opportunity to meet others.”
“The PNW premiere space for audio arts.Come and have a listen. Bring your buds & leave your earbuds off. Sound is meant to exist in space and reverberate/or not/ from its material surroundings. Vibe. Here.”
“EAGLES 2888 is a wonderful place to be. I enjoy the people very much. Eagles 2888 is a perfect example of "People helping People" everybody volunteers one way or another. Watching the Seahawk games are great. It gets loud watching the games. We as many TV's that we have. The food is really good too. Our cook Lincoln creates some meals from scratch. That means homemade cooking. Both my husband and I enjoy meeting new people and visiting friends new and Old. I hope you stop by and come visit us. Ring the doorbell and come on in and lets talk.”
“I love the selection of clothing, accessories, art and housewares at this gem of a thrift store. The volunteers are all friendly and helpful. The shop is sparkling clean and the prices seem fantastic”
“Who would think that the Multiple would have the best print shop in the county? We tried numerous print shops for our professional brochures and flyers. None of them could get the color right and they took 2 to 3 days for turnaround. The Multiple's print shop not only has the best color and quality...they often turn it in less that 24 hrs! I couldn't be happier with them.”

“Coming here was the best decision I evermade! They told me they were going to help me and they are!! No joke! They don't play games, they help get the job done right with kindness and heart! Thank you Pathways :)”
“This place is great, the staff is awesome. Great at what they do. Now I have a policy of not speaking too harshly of anyone who gives me cookies but if you happen to use the toilet there I would describe the quality of their toilet paper "service grade". Other than that five stars!”
“(Don't mind my displayname, I made this account when I was super young.)I was there for in-person meets in early-mid 2020, before COVID regulations really started to hit and they got shut down. It was fun, as nerve-wracking and excruciating socializing in general is for me!I went because I didn't be a recluse anymore, and I met a good handful of friends that I still have contact with today. Everyone there is super friendly and accepting, I don't think I've ever had any issues during my visits.- Ash, formerly Tyler”
