“It's getting a 4 rank because the gas pumps are painfully slow, even when I was squeezing the handle, it was barely faster than when using the lock. I was the only vehicle getting fuel at 10:30AM on a Saturday, in April 2026. Otherwise it would have received 5 stars.”

who went above and beyond and were exceptional.
We had gotten passport photos from another walgreens which had gaps, weren't cut properly. Kelly noticed and redid that for us, with exceptional quality and attention to detail without charging us anything although i would have happily paid for it.
if all walgreen photo outlets are run by them, you would see a dramatic increase in customer base. Kelly was just awesome. Please promote them.”

“I had a great experience at Jacksons Food Stores! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The whole place was very clean and well-organized. I was especially impressed by the attention to detail – even the condiment packets and ketchup were neatly arranged. It’s clear they care about their customers. Highly recommend this location!”
“More of a corner store than a deli, but a good one at that. The prices are a little high but you pay for the convenience of it being smack dab in the middle of downtown Bothell. Haven’t run into the “trump guy” and it sounds like he’s gone. Every time I’ve gone in the guys at the checkout have been friendly and professional. Recommend if you’re looking for a place to stop in for cold drinks and a quick snack!”

“This 7-eleven location is a little grimey / sketchy looking on the exterior but the interior is generally well-maintained and the staff have always been polite and respectful. When I’ve gone there in the past to purchase energy drinks, there’s usually good deals available as is standard for all 7-eleven locations. Whenever I receive a DoorDash/Uber eats order from this location, the order is almost always readily available to me unless there’s hot items that need to be prepared – in which case, employees almost always make fresh on demand as soon as I arrive so that it’s good for the customer when it gets there. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at this location. I’ve also fueled up at this location for gasoline, the prices are decent and the pumps are fine.”

“A nice 7-Elevan store. Most of the 7-E places I have been to had a employees with some kind of take it or leave it attitude. But this place is different, the guy at this place is super friendly. Engage in nice conversation. And never had any troubles, nor complaints. Weird 7-Eleven in a good way!”

“My FAVORITE 7-11. Friendly owners and team. That's important because 7-11s can be very similar. The personalities make this one stand above the rest. I drop by every other day for a Slurpee and the owner always checks that machine is ready. That's the kind of courtesy that makes this store seem more like family.”

“I read reviews about this guy before I went so I was nervous but he was actually very sweet. I was getting Tylenol for my throat and he told me to try honey lemon tea. Its just a normal gas station. It might just be cultural differences that rub people the wrong way.”

“We've been eating here for years and the food is fantastic every time. The only feedback I have is that they use styrofoam containers for very hot food. So the food melts the styrofoam which is very unhealthy and unsafe. Hope they switch to a different container for hot foods.”
