“Shell is a huge gas station chain that has little mini-marts attached to it. This one is one of many off the highway and usually has higher prices than the one down the road a half mile away, but convenience is what gets people. The employees here are nice, the station is clean, and they are usually pretty well stocked inside.”

“It's getting a 4 rank because the gas pumps are painfully slow, even when I was squeezing the handle, it was barely faster than when using the lock. I was the only vehicle getting fuel at 10:30AM on a Saturday, in April 2026. Otherwise it would have received 5 stars.”

“I recently took a trip to the local Shell in Bothell. I went to the car wash in the farther lot and part of my mirror came off. Concerned and seeking help, I walked into the Shell gas station and met Brian. Brian was kind and quickly assisted me with so much patience. He was a great help and I am so thankful he was there to assist!”

“A nice 7-Elevan store. Most of the 7-E places I have been to had a employees with some kind of take it or leave it attitude. But this place is different, the guy at this place is super friendly. Engage in nice conversation. And never had any troubles, nor complaints. Weird 7-Eleven in a good way!”

“This 7-eleven location is a little grimey / sketchy looking on the exterior but the interior is generally well-maintained and the staff have always been polite and respectful. When I’ve gone there in the past to purchase energy drinks, there’s usually good deals available as is standard for all 7-eleven locations. Whenever I receive a DoorDash/Uber eats order from this location, the order is almost always readily available to me unless there’s hot items that need to be prepared – in which case, employees almost always make fresh on demand as soon as I arrive so that it’s good for the customer when it gets there. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at this location. I’ve also fueled up at this location for gasoline, the prices are decent and the pumps are fine.”
“I read reviews about this guy before I went so I was nervous but he was actually very sweet. I was getting Tylenol for my throat and he told me to try honey lemon tea. Its just a normal gas station. It might just be cultural differences that rub people the wrong way.”

There’s also a convenient store that I noticed has a lot of things in stock. So this is a great store to come by. Fill your car with gas get a tank of propane and hop into the store and get what you need.
It’s a one stop shop.
Some people have said that maybe they weren’t pleased with the service. I find the service to be excellent. Just because people don’t smile and praise you and say this and that doesn’t mean that it’s bad service. They’re very helpful there.”

“When it comes to Safeway, we're talking pretty generic groceries. So, I'm typically rating and reviewing cleanliness and service. I haven't had any issues with cleanliness. Haven't even come across any spills sitting around. Nothing has stood out, and that's a pretty good place to be. As far as service goes, I've had some of the most pleasant interactions, especially lately. The Starbucks girls were so sweet and helpful and ran to the back to get me a cup. The hot food center offered me sauce with my chicken strips, which I had never been offered before from the several other locations I had been to, and the cashiers are always very friendly.”
