“We used Cabinet Works for our new kitchen remodel. We had a design but Jonas, the owner, brought some great design ideas that we incorporated. We were interested in using CW because they tout using all plywood construction for their cabinets, which we really wanted after having cheap Ikea cabinets made of particle board. CW is an old-school shop and makes everything by hand. The quality is great and they did all of the detailing as we wanted. Their installer, Vald, did a terrific job with the installation and really helped us get it right. I would ask for him as your installer. We are pleased with how things turned out and it met our budget.”

“This review is coming from someone who had a very difficult home remodel not too long ago. There was multitude of items that I felt my previous contractor could have done differently which could have prevented the situation from getting too stressful. So when we discovered dry rot in our carport during a walkthrough with another contractor for some touch up painting; I was having flashbacks. This job was unique in that it required both a roofer and a carpenter because it involved both types of structure. I had more than one contractor explain to me how to fix the problem but then promptly reject the job because they did not have a roofer on staff. Trying to coordinate two completely separate contractors is like trying to corral cats; you can't. One of the big advantages of going with Richard in our case was he had a roofer on staff. His outfit is sort of a one stop shop. Richard was very responsive in his communication and we replaced our deteriorating wood and updated our roof shortly thereafter to prevent further damage. Richard came in at the estimate we agreed upon at the beginning. We hope we don't have to do any major repairs on our home but Mallory Contracting will definitely be one of the outfits we reach out to for an estimate should the need arise. My wife and I were satisfied.”
“Aside from the far drive from Seattle, I loved my experience with them! Staff were super helpful. They provided full tile samples to take home (return later). Prices were great, and included a quantity discount. Pickup (ordered in from CA) was always within a week, so quick turn time. I’d recommend them to anyone!
Regarding footage to buy, that’s always tough to guess but is on the purchaser. If you want it super precise you should layout your full space and determine wastage based on cuts. Plus assume some waste for bad cuts or breaks.”

“Using Huntwood Custom Cabinets allowed us to keep the charm of our unique home by allowing cabinets to be made to 1/4" of what we wanted. We had some unusual nooks and crannies to deal with that a box store couldn't accommodate. Our Huntwood representative came several times to measure and make helpful suggestions for changed. We love our new cabinets.”

Bought my Alexa enabled water park of a shower here, and bluetooth heated bubble bathtub (K-1967GW). Very helpful team of staff at the store. Have worked with Sandy, Janelle and Rhe. Great communicators. There was some delays during peak COVID period, but that's totally understandable. Smash like and subscribe on my channel if you want to see Alexa enabled Aurora Borealis from your toilet. More expensive than laxatives, but just as relaxing.”
“Out of all the Homegoods locations tin the greater puget sound area his is by far my favorite one to shop at! The manager (the guy with blonde hair) and his staff are always so courteous, helpful and efficient! I quit shopping in Lynnwood, woodinville and Bellevue because this store has a great selection, it’s neat, things are easy to find, there’s ample parking, and their carts aren’t littered with trash. Can you tell this store is my favorite and I’ll stop here first every time.”

“I was looking to have laminate flooring installed in my condo recently. There were so many choices of where to go to purchase it that it was almost overwhelming. While visiting the Home Show I talked with a representative of Great Floors. Based on that experience I went to the Great Floors in Lynnwood to see what they could do for me. My experience was great from beginning to end. The salesperson, Cathy, was knowledgeable and listened to what I was looking for. She was integral in helping me decide on the product and color. She then came out to my place and measured the space, quickly sent an estimate and helped schedule the work. When the installers came - on time! - they were very professional and hard working. Throughout the install they were attentive to keeping the space as clean as possible. They were very efficient and completed the whole job within 2 days. My overall experience with this company from beginning to end was nothing but outstanding. They provided wonderful customer service, did not try to up sell me on something I didn't want and were able to complete the job quickly. When I need to replace the carpets in my bedroom, I will be using them again. I wholeheartedly recommend this store - they were great!!”

“We ordered the Oslo Open Dining Table and it was too small for our space so I called RH to swap for the larger option and they immediately assisted! Game changer! The customer service is IMPECCABLE! We also ordered dining chairs, an 8x10 and 9x10 rug and love it all, very high quality products, a smooth and professional delivery process and The RH Gallery in Seattle is so nice it gave us a lot of inspiration for our own home! Highly recommend this place, the customer service is second to none. Thank you!”
“Our experience at Crate & Barrel in University Village was excellent! Everyone we interacted with was incredibly kind, especially Arvin, Ronnie, and Myla.
Myla was warm, friendly, and very helpful when placing our order.
Our situation was a bit complicated because the payment we needed to make exceeded my Crate & Barrel credit card limit. Huge kudos to Arvin and Ronnie — they were professional, experienced, and extremely patient and friendly in helping us split the payment so we could still receive all the rewards.
Most of the furniture arrived in perfect condition, except for one credenza with a small defect. I called the store, and Arvin handled the replacement smoothly and without any hesitation.
We previously had a bad experience at the Crate & Barrel in Bellevue, so even though we live in Kirkland, we now choose to shop exclusively at the University Village location.”
“I generally hate shopping - actually, I hate crowded shopping centers. I was instantly regretting going to Crate and Barrel about a half mile from the store as traffic began to pick up. After navigating the crowded garages and mall, I got to the store, which was rather busy.
But complaining about humanity isn't why I am here (today). I actually want to compliment one of the store associates - Vera P. Vera just provided the great, friendly customer service that I so often miss in a digital world. She was very kind and very conscientious and just wanted to ensure that my purchases were packed appropriate for transport.
Vera is a wonderful person and my day was a bit brighter since Vera was in it. I hope we can all find our inner Vera today and be kind to someone else. It means so much in our transactional world.”
