“From initial visit to end Bothell Furniture provided top notch service. After an experience with a "high end" store in Bellevue where the sales rep knew nothing about the Fjord chairs they were selling, we were so impressed with Kim's unhurried and expert approach. As it turned out when we got the chair there was a problem with the mechanism. They ordered a new one and made the exchange efficiently. Really like a breath of fresh air to get good old-fashioned customer service like this. And there is plenty of parking to boot, without fighting the Bellevue crowds.”

I had an amazing delivery experience with Raul Hernandez Arias and his team! From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and incredibly respectful of my home.
Before arriving, Raul called ahead and gave me the exact arrival time, down to the minute and they were on time! That level of punctuality and communication was so impressive and truly appreciated.
What stood out most was their attention to cleanliness and care. Each time they entered and exited my home, they switched their footies to keep everything spotless, such a thoughtful and professional touch that’s rare to see these days.
The setup was quick, efficient, and done with a smile. Raul and his team made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it and double-checked that I was completely satisfied before leaving.

“My cousin and I went to the Alderwood Purple store a few weeks ago (12/6/25) and we had a great experience thanks to one of the employees, Jessie.
I’d been looking at getting one of the Purple pillows after I tried the original model on a trip but I wanted to test the others before spending that kind of money. I’m a combination back and side sleeper and had some other specific concerns. Jessie had us try all of the different pillow types and explained the differences between each of them but she was never remotely pushy. While, she’s technically a salesperson that’s not how the interaction felt.
My cousin wasn’t even going to get anything originally and she ended up buying a pillow too and almost a month later we still talk about how great she was.
I definitely want to add another pillow to my collection at some point, and I’ll probably slow buy some for family members as I can afford it and I’ll be going back to that store rather than ordering online in large part because of the great service.
I recommend going to one of the Purple stores rather than a retailer who sells them if possible because they have all of the models and are extremely knowledgeable. We drove from Blaine and it was worth it.

He helped me find everything I needed and then I picked up my order from their warehouse a few minutes later. I’m not sure the communication between the store and the warehouse is good though. When we got there we had to wander around trying to find any living being — the doors were open but nobody was there until we spotted someone at the warehouse area itself. Neither did they anticipate the pick up. They did end up putting our mattress together for us though.”

“Incredible Mattress and Customer Service! Thanks Greg! - I bought a Miracle Mattress in May 2017. From the very first night my sleep has improved dramatically. I no longer wake up when rolling over, I sleep through the night. The mattress comfort question can only be answered in a word. Heaven. My back pain has reduced significantly. Like their high-priced competitor, you can select your perfect sleep number. The delivery went very smooth. Set up was very easy. Greg answered immediately when I did have a question.
