We had gotten passport photos from another walgreens which had gaps, weren't cut properly. Kelly noticed and redid that for us, with exceptional quality and attention to detail without charging us anything although i would have happily paid for it.
if all walgreen photo outlets are run by them, you would see a dramatic increase in customer base. Kelly was just awesome. Please promote them.”

“So far the experience with the Safeway Pharmacy has been excellent. I'm picking up 2 sets of meds every month, and some of time the meds needs to be ordered just for me, and Safeway treated me fairly and with compassion (even as I get a lil scrambled). I proactively moved from my former pharmacy to this one, and so far absolutely amazing. I was with Bartell Drugs for almost 13 years. My experience there was initially very good and went severely downhill during the buy out by Rite Aid.
With *all* pharmacies being stretched to maximum capacity with understaffing, overworking, and underpaying I understand the strain. On top of this with all Rite-Aid's and Bartell Drugs closing soon - the influx of patients to other pharmacies has got to be overwhelming to say the least. But I give massive props to Safeway for accommodating my transfer. Not to mention their app works beautifully - and so far haven't run into any problems. I hope the staff understands how much this means to me and other patients. I know things will get busier as the Rite Aid's and Bartells all start closing completely, but I keep trying to be as proactive as I can to help minimize any problems. Thanks!”
“The pharmacy staff is always very kind and patient. Considering they are likely understaffed but still paid like they have a full staff to help them. Phones ringing non stop. Angry patients that can’t get their medications due to national shortages. I’m sure the entire staff deserve a raise.”

I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes, and my prescriptions are always ready on time or early. “Dawn in the photo department at the bothell everett hwy location is awesome! I am not very experienced with printing photos from my phone. She helped me with the process, including helping me convert them into screen shots from a text foremat. Never treated me like I was naive. Then I printed one the wrong dimension, she was able to correct my mistake and reissued me a new photo.Super friendly employee. I will do more photos here knowing Dawn in the photo department will be there to help me if needed. Management she is a Jem!”

“Don from QFC bottle provides amazing services. I saw that red peppers are for sale so I grabbed three. I did not realize that I needed a digital coupon to get the Don. When I was at the checkout line, Dan proactively told me that and gave me the discount. This is customer service in the best example. Highly recommended. Hope to see you around Don.”
