Price is a bit higher than local repair shops, however, they are Honda and haven't yet found any issues with su-par repair work.”

“Ben Richards Fabrication LLC did a wonderful job replacing my muffler, resonator, and damaged exhaust pipe. I have a 2014 Subaru Impreza sedan that sustained some damage to the exhaust (6" clearance on the vehicle). Also, the muffler was a bit noisy from a modification done by a previous owner. Ben Richards Fabrication gave me a good price (welded on a a new muffler rather than installing a more expensive bolt-on attachment). My primary complaint is that they could have confirmed scope with me before moving forward. (We had discussed the scope, but I would have liked to have given the go ahead before they started.)”
“Went to this place after I found out whatcom radiator had closed down. The shop was clean and the equipment was state of the art and appeared well maintained.The man I spoke with seemed to really know his stuff. He immediately knew what the radiator was for. He gave me a breakdown on options for repair comparing cost with warranty and construction methods and materials.I'll definitely be bringing any future repairs here.”

“Joe is probably the best owner and mechanic for trucks i have ever delt with . I have worked in the automotive industry for over twenty years and have never met anyone like joe and his wife . Both make an amazing team to make sure your taken care of. They will always have my business. Thanks . I just wreck my truck. When joe said he put my front stabilizer bar on because the one that is on there was to big well I don't have one on there with caused my truck to bounce all over the road and dented passager door I have tried to call and left message with no return. Iam so upset I paid all cash to him and feel ignored . I hope we can talk and find out the issue.”

“About two months ago the driver's side door latch on our 1997 Chevy Blazer broke (ripped out of the door jam). This was probably due to earlier damage caused by a mentally incapacitated deer ramming the door on an earlier excursion. The door would no longer close and we started looking for repair options. Dally's was the only auto repair service in this area that said they could repair it inside of two months. All the others were backed up for at least 4 months and some longer than 6 months.Concerned about supply chain issues, we took the car to Dally's, a service we had used very successfully over the last 20 years. It took exactly as long as Dally's had predicted and they did a perfect job of repairing the latch and realigning the door. We could not be more pleased. “I ordered a Brand new vehicle that was supposed to be here in December 2023 Chris Chiba my sales man called to let me know that it will be here earlier which was awesome. Drove up to Foothills to start the buying process which was smooth and hassle free on their part. I've read some reviews about this place and it seems bad However, for me personally the car buying process from start to finish was a NO pressure and ALL about TRANSPARENCY . “We are on our 4th Mazda from Burlington, Dwayne Lane’s Skagit Mazda. We love Luke, he is awesome and has been involved with selling us each car. In fact I had my Mazda CX-7 for 14 years and called my car Luke! Skagit Mazda emailed us a video inspection of our car when we had it in this week and that was very interesting and informative. I hope they continue to do this. We always have our oil changed at the dealership, and no matter what is being done they wash and vacuum the car at each visit.
