“I’ve been going to The Factory for 5 years and couldn’t be more grateful and appreciative of the community and environment and especially the staff! They are always working to keep equipment up to date and supporting the patrons. I will only ever continue recommending this gym to everyone!”

“I’ve really enjoyed coming here to work on improving my physical fitness. Ryan is great to work with and pushes you to do your best and excel with proper technique. I have specific goals that I’m hoping to achieve and the gym is amazing at helping me reach them.”

“Response to user: “Cheddar” the pool, sauna AND hot tub are all in working condition as of right now. All amazing!

Kitsap tennis club has a very warm salt water + chlorine lap pool (only complaint is it’s very small.)
Using the dry sauna before swimming is so nice, I like to bring the silicone cupping therapy into the sauna with me and use the cups as I am stretching my neck. The pool won’t turn your lips blue, it’s easy to get right in.

And finishing my visit with the hot tub is the reason I come here!
The women’s locker room is huge, there’s changing stalls, benches & even vanity mirrors with blow dryers! The whole women’s locker room area is pretty luxurious for a locker room. So glad this place exists, I just wish I lived closer.”

“Staff go above and beyond to help. Facility has great equipment. I only have a few things that could be improved.1. More mirrors would be helpful, especially in the deadlift and squat room to see form2. The saunas could use a deep cleaning3. Investing in better spray bottles would be a good idea!4. The bucket/rag system is very disorganized. I would rather have a spray bottle holder and something better to hold the rags.5. The pink towels are pretty pointless. It’s just a waste of money to buy pink dye. I don’t think it would decrease the likelihood of someone stealing them.6. The roof seems to have leaks all of the time all around the facility. A huge safety hazard! There are towels on the floor and buckets but those are tripping hazards.7. The stairs in the older gym are horrible. I have fallen multiple times. Replacements would be greatly appreciated.”

“I’ve been coming here for a few months while assigned to the area. I was a little hesitant at first after seeing some of the negative reviews, but honestly I haven’t had anything but a positive experience. The equipment is nice and well-maintained, and any out-of-order machines are usually fixed within a few days. They just got some new equipment so they have a new turf area and Olympic lifting bars/sets which is super nice (I hate using smith machines for squats). Bathrooms and common areas are pretty clean, and I see the staff going around cleaning things when I’m working out.

I normally go around breakfast or lunch time and it’s never been so crowded that I can’t do the workout I have planned (especially now that they got more dumbbells and benches in the turf area). Fellow gym-goers are all chill and there isn’t a bunch of mirror posing or recording nonsense so you can just zone out with your earbuds when working out.

I’ve only had positive interactions with the staff. They’re all polite, helpful, and friendly when I’ve had questions or needed something. The guy who I think is one of the managers (big muscled dude) is super nice and helpful, especially when I had a question about my membership. All-in-all, I really don’t have any complaints. It’s a convenient and great place to get a good workout in.”

“I’ve been going to this gym for about 10 months now and I love it! I appreciate that it’s open 24/7. Although it’s fairly small, there’s a variety of machines and free weights. It’s clean, never too crowded, and everyone is very friendly and helpful.”
