“I’ve been a a member of this gym for almost a year. All the trainers are very friendly, supportive and knowledgeable. This has been very valuable for me because they will adapt programs to my specific needs that align to my PT goals. I highly recommend this local and women owned business. They do this because they love what they do and want their members to achieve their for long term fitness goals.”

“Great staff and welcoming atmosphere. Lots of versatility in the gym as they have studios, a basketball court and a good variety of equipment. Pricing is affordable as well for everything you have access too. Gym staff will also offer tips on how to train for a certain thing if you ask. Close-knit community that is encouraging towards others and not judgmental. Old style gym so none of the fancy new machines but I don't have a problem with that. Very lift focused gym!”

“Love this place! Every time I try to come to my gym it's closed but it's okay I'm traveling from Bremerton where I hate to live. And I love everybody that goes to my gym. Every time I go to my gym somebody's really nice to me and they show me how to use the machines and they show me how to work around my skateboarding injuries. I adore everything about West Coast fitness.”

“Great place & people, but I believe they underestimated the amount of people verses size of gym. Not enough of some equipments verses others..one recumbent bike and bathrooms need a redo with signs clearly posted for disabled only unless added handle bars and benches to other shower stalls.
I was there and a young skinny minnie dashed in front of me to get into the large disabled shower when there were 2 smaller showers available. I was barely able to lift my leg over the edge for the smaller shower, had to end shower and prayed I could get back to changing stall without issues. There were no bars to hold on to and I have a spinal cord injury. She was still showering when I had to get out due to the pain I was having and no place to sit in the smaller shower. Not first time.
Staff is super nice and place is clean. Love PF..”
