“Fantastic experience. Communication with the company is quick, efficient and they are fantastic especially if you come into town from elsewhere and need an appointment scheduled. Valentina was fantastic she was well versed in the processes and was nothing but patient and kind. Answered all of our questions and was nothing but patient with us as we called others to check on repairs and other work done to the car. Though we worked with Valentina the rest of the crew were also patient, kind and cracked jokes the whole time. It made the experience more personal and made it where we felt safe and confident in our purchase. Highly recommend definitely worth the five hour trip one way!”

“Bring your vehicle here. I have a 25 year old Toyota Tacoma with a hood that was in desperate need of a paint job. It's clear coat was gone and the hood looked bad.
I received a great estimate and dropped it off for four days. My hood now looks brand new. They matched the original color perfectly.”

Quickly found the problem (intake hose) and fixed it on the spot for me. Saved me hundreds of $$ at the mechanic and a major headache, and was super nice+professional about it too. “Hi again, all. This is my second stellar review for Burien Toyota and this time it is for the service department to acknowledge Service Advisor RJ who assisted me. I brought my Camry in for an oil change and tire rotation the morning of 7/14 and asked to be out before a certain time. That happened. Later that day I received a wonderful, unexpected voicemail from him aking how my vehicle is doing after the oil change, etc. Not once in all the decades I have taken a vehicle anywhere for service have I ever, that I can remember, received a follow-up call! Also, previous to the actual service, the intake person when I first arrived was friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
