“I am in my 40s, have a bunch of tattoos on my arms, and am in good health, but for some reason, I am a total baby about getting my blood drawn! Over the years, I have gotten MUCH better about it, but this morning, having to do a fasted blood draw, my emotions got the best of me. Even though I was so grateful to be at Labcorp (where I know the phlebotomists are the best I've ever had), I got a little teary... Ok... I cried (lol) in the chair before my blood draw. Smita (sp?) was so sweet to me! She made me feel very secure, and even made me laugh. It was painless and over before I knew it! I know everyone at Labcorp is very busy and does their very best to get patients through as quickly as possible. She was so patient and kind. I will definitely ask for her next time I go. Thank you so much!”

I waited 2-3 more minutes, then labs were collected efficiently. I was glad there was no extended wait as I was fasting. My appt was at 8:45 and I was done and out the door at 9:07. Zero complaints.”

“Came here to get my blood drawn. I had two experiences where the hours on google didn't match what was on the door. Went on a Friday and they closed at 4:30 PM but their online hours said 5 PM. They also take an hour lunch break so be prepared. Coming in on a week day mid day, I was in an out within 15 minutes, the nurse and counter person were pleasant.”

Each appointment has been essentially painless and very quick, yet meticulous. I tried a different location closer to my home, but it wasn't worth it. I will continue spending the extra time to drive to Renton because the care I have received has been so superior!!”

“The phlebotomists at this location are fantastic--no bruises! I've been to this location twice and both blood draws were a breeze. I have fainted in the past and don't do well with needles and the phlebotomists were very accommodating.The wait can be a little bit long at this location depending on the time of day, but I don't think this is due to anything the staff can control. I'd happily wait to see a superb phlebotomists than wait a short while and have my vein get all messed up.”
“One has ran out of test but second one was open and good. Got there tested and got results in less than an hour. Didn't even make it home before I got results. Wasted time going to first spot thats why 4/5. Staff was fast and professional”
“My doctor loves to rave about how fast Incyte diagnostics is. Every year my wife's pap testing comes back within a few days and we have never have had any issues with billing. Likewise they are pretty affordable for the testing they do.”

“Karen is the queen of blood draws. Never had so little pain for the procedure in my life. Her precision and speed is top tier. She's an expert in her field and they're lucky to have her at this facility. Normally the drive down here would keep me away, but having a competent MA behind the needle will keep me coming back. She is VERY busy down here, and sometimes hard to contact, just keep trying. If you require phlebotomy due to a condition, Karen is worth the drive.”
