“The agency and staff are wonderful. They always are able to get me seen quickly, especially when I really really urgently need to provide a sample. It's clean and modern space. The reason I gave it a four star is the location is difficult to access due to the fact of the bus route is far to get there. It's been okay because I can walk there but they stop UAs at four o'clock. They can provide UAs beyond that time which was not disclosed on their website that I could find. And if you do want to provide a sample past that time , it's an extra $200 . That's just not within my budget. Overall, I've been pretty satisfied beyond those two factors.”

“I purchased some testing online the night before. Arrived 30 mins after opening as a *walk-in*. I was out in under an hour, having completed all testing. Very professional and friendly staff. I would definitely come here again.
P.S. it's on the 12th floor.”
“Nothing spectacular but the ladys are just doing there job and doing it correctly. If you want to be in and out come here with an appointment. If you want a place that connects with you go somewhere else. As far as getting lab work done. I dont remember the ladys name but she was to find a vein in my arm thats a difficult stick, she gentle, and informative.”

The LabCorp on the 6th floor does accept lab orders from external providers, but please be aware that it typically has a very long wait time.”

“Once again, I had to visit this LabCorp location for a blood draw — and once again, I couldn’t be more pleased.
The receptionist, Jessica, was helpful, friendly, and genuinely pleasant.
My phlebotomist, Viv, was both efficient and highly skilled. I'm petite and have difficult veins, but Viv managed to collect two full tubes of blood on the very first try — no discomfort, no second attempt.
Excellent service from start to finish!”

“I booked an appt online, signed in when I parked, and went to the waiting room. I was called within 5 minutes and they asked the name of my doc, then confirmed the tests that would be needed. I waited 2-3 more minutes, then labs were collected efficiently. I was glad there was no extended wait as I was fasting. My appt was at 8:45 and I was done and out the door at 9:07. Zero complaints.”
“My doctor loves to rave about how fast Incyte diagnostics is. Every year my wife's pap testing comes back within a few days and we have never have had any issues with billing. Likewise they are pretty affordable for the testing they do.”
“One has ran out of test but second one was open and good. Got there tested and got results in less than an hour. Didn't even make it home before I got results. Wasted time going to first spot thats why 4/5. Staff was fast and professional”

“Karen is the queen of blood draws. Never had so little pain for the procedure in my life. Her precision and speed is top tier. She's an expert in her field and they're lucky to have her at this facility. Normally the drive down here would keep me away, but having a competent MA behind the needle will keep me coming back. She is VERY busy down here, and sometimes hard to contact, just keep trying. If you require phlebotomy due to a condition, Karen is worth the drive.”
