“I think I said this in the overall saying how good this Safeway is. But I'll say it again. The pharmacist and the pharmacy staff at this Safeway are A1 people caring. They have class. They're professional. Always sending the message when needed. They know what's going on. If you don't have insurance they try to help as much as as possible with the RX cards. They really just want to make sure that people get what the doctors want them and say that they need. And they're also willing to look at your other medications and see if something doesn't align. If you didn't happen to talk to your doctor the right way. Very professional. Very caring. Oh and another side note, they're definitely understaffed because Safeway is not really willing to give staff members cuz under the new leadership and the the union organization it's causing some problems with certain pharmacies. I hear in the Safeways. Not that I'm saying unions are bad but there are some issues when there is unions and then the companies themselves are on the stock market. I don't know who's to deal with that but maybe somebody should think about them, employees and the people and the customers. I know profits and capitalism are great these workers still have lives. While they're trying to help other people keep their lives together.”

“Was discouraged after reading some REVIEWS, but every experience i have had at the pharmacy was top tier. Customer service is EXCELLENT, staff is CARING & PATIENT. Transactions are done in a TIMELY fashion. Have frequented many, many pharmacies & this one is by far the best. I am NOT a people person so this is review is saying a lot. I wish I knew the ladies name who is the reason for this post. Thank u”

“This review is for the deli! We got the fried chicken family meals, and they made it quickly and it was delicious and their service was great! Really took the stress out of a birthday party. 10/10 would recommend, great value for the amount of food we got and it was good quality!”
“Excellent, professional, courteous, efficient service in the pharmacy for prescription pickup and vaccines. Quality and variety of in store convenience items including grocery, health and beauty, gifts and seasonal rotation is generally stellar. I have noticed shelves are significantly emptier this past month (May 2023) I hope this is not a sign of another impending store closure - this is the best pharmacy in the neighborhood.”
“I love this Walgreens. I don't get any prescriptions here so I don't know about the pharmacy, which many people don't seem to like. But I have always encountered super friendly staff. And they don't always have what I need, but they try. My only negative is the parking lot. Which someone else has mentioned. They need to assign an employee to clean it up at least daily, or hire a service to do it.The theft problem seems like less of an issue than it has been. I don't know how any retail store stays in business in the current environment. At least they have shopping carts again. And they made a smart decision to not replace the ATM which was stolen last year. The biggest plus to this store is that unlike the other Burien drugstores, it's easy to get in, buy what you need, and get out.”

“I have been going to 'Freds' for 45 or so years. Major changes way back then (Only took up half that building in the 70s) Being their prices are much better than most others, plus supplying with far more food than most others, along with all that are not food, it's THE place to go. I have had no negative times with those working there at all. They always have enough cashiers, too. Thanks 'Fred'”

“I like CVS pharmacy. I fill prescriptions and get my vaccinations there. They have really friendly staff in the pharmacy. In particular, Tuan works hard and is very friendly. Tuan filled my prescriptions yesterday using the drive through--I love that amenity. Tuan was the only person working in the pharmacy and he was really polite.Today I came in late for my flu and Covid vaccines and Tuan was super cool about my being late for my appointment. He administered both vaccines and I felt no pain. It seemed like a really professional operation.As I was walking out feeling pretty pleased with my experience, the nice woman working up front at the register wished me a good night and I really appreciated that too! Burien has a great CVS”
